Citizens is a bank with approximately 1,100 branches and 3,100 ATMs to help with banking needs like buying a house or saving for retirement. It has a brand new, brightly lit building with friendly, professional tellers who go above and beyond and provide excellent customer service. They are excellent at problem solving. However, there can be a lack of support and not enough help, which can lead to long waits and untimely transactions. Customers can also stay connected through the award-winning mobile app and online.
