Oh man, how upset I was with the service today. I have been coming to this CVS for over a decade and never had a bad experience until today. My mom and I came in to get a passport photo done and out came the manager, Daniel. When he asked what we wanted, I mentioned my mom wanted a passport photo. He blatantly rolled his eyes at us before getting the camera. He then gets the camera and forcefully pulls the screen down. We thought it was going to break. It was extra than needed, as I understand you need to tug the screen for it to stay in place. He then snaps one picture instead of a few and takes it to the printer. Doesn't show my mom a preview before printing, which I know isn't usual when taking pictures. While waiting to process the pictures, he was talking to the elderly cashier about how no one is working here anymore, people quit and the new girl is already fired. Sounds like the that elderly cashier is out after this week. He then sees through the entrance that he Fedex truck was coming in and he was being demanding to the elderly cashier to get that stuff. Finally, the pictures printed and he gave it to my mom "here, you can pay at the register" and left. Daniel, take a look in the mirror, people are leaving because it sounds like you are a nightmare to work for. People leave terrible managers. This CVS used to have a lot of employees even on a weekday.

There appears to no longer be rapid refill - computerized systems can't function to recognize scripts. Twice I had to refill in person using their staff. How about CVS actually hires people instead of overloading existing staff who do their best?

I stood in line for a prescription for 25 minutes only to be told that their computer system was down and it wasn't ready. So I went home for a half an hour and decided to go through the drive-thru the line was wrapped all the way around the parking lot you got one person on drive-thru and one person on register both of whom are totally incompetent I actually saw the pharmacist yelling at some man because he wasn't sure what he needed for a procedure he was having done she is absolutely horrible I am seriously thinking of getting all my prescriptions changed as I sit here in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes and I'm still three cars away. Horrible pharmacy avoid it if you can.

Had insect repellent sheets. Not cheap but nice they had something for their competition that Walmart and Home Depot did not have. Friendly staff.

We have used this CVS as our primary Pharmacy for over 20 years and always have been treated with respect, patience and kindness.
