I went to the CVS in the Lawrence Park Shopping Center July 21st, 2025. This was the first time I used a special coupon for 40% off one item at the self checkout that I had added online to my CVS ExtraCare account. I entered my phone number, scanned the item and followed the checkout instructions. It asked if I wanted to use the coupon. It was not automatically applied. I tapped the coupon on the screen and everything went perfectly. One thing to know. If you use a % off coupon I do not think you can choose the item to apply it towards so only scan the item you want to use it for and apply it. If you scan additional items it may not apply the coupon to your most expensive item. I bought a case of Boost and nothing else at this time.

I recently got a Rx filled at the pharmacy and the employee, I think her name was Lauren, was the most helpful tech I have ever met. She made sure to go over everything about the meds and made sure I was aware of the side effects and how to combat them. She is definitely a star employee and is a wonderful asset to the Pharmacy Department

This place is a JOKE! I am a nurse, and I absolutely dread having to call in meds to this CVS. No matter what option you pick, the pharmacy will NOT pick up the phone. It is unprofessional, especially when it is essential that you speak with someone. Be better.

This is the best CVS in Delco PA. The employees are the friendliest and most helpful. The place is clean and well stocked.

Can any humans answer the phone there. You get into voicemail hell and they say someone will call back in an hour and no one ever did .

The hours online say it closes at 11pm. Got there at 10 to pick up pictures I ordered but they were closed.
The associate let a customer out. I asked if I could quick grab my picture. He said no we are closed. I said I literally just need to grab my photos.
So maybe you should updated your hours online if you are actually closing at 10 and not 11p.

Convenient location, but when buying make up it's a gamble. About 60% of their make-up products are used/opened so be aware before purchasing. Which really sucks when you're looking for a lippie and the last one they have left is an opened product.

I had a great experience with Meha today. She helped me save money on my daughter's costly prescription by doing research on her own! Very thoughtful and helpful especially since this is the busiest CVS in the area.

Miss Lauren is a gem. Incredibly helpful and pleasant. Will go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. Give this woman a raise!

I enjoy my experience every time I come here. The pharmacy staff is pleasant & helpful. I had a gap in my insurance and they helped to reduce the cost on my prescriptions by finding me coupons. I was sick with PNA (pneumonia). That was compassionate and professional. In addition, there were issues with my daughter insurance and covering her Flovent. Due to her age they the Flovent company only reserves Flovent for elementary and toddlers age. They resolved the issue being very responsive to my daughter’s NP and PCP. Every time I go here I don’t stand in line long. I am asked if I need help. People smile and the store is clean and shelves are stocked. As a Nurse & with past retail experience I would recommend this CVS. The employees work hard. Some of the employees are young in the front and they do their job. The pharmacy staff work hard as well and I appreciate them for all that they do! Thank you for serving our community.

Select another Pharmacy location! Literally the worst CVS Pharmacy location I’ve ever experienced and consistently bad for past 4-5 years. Nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. Some of the attendants at drive through are rude and give incorrect information on a consistent basis. I try to always treat people with respect but I haven’t always been given the same treatment form the Pharmacy employees. I just spoke with someone and she said they are 2 days behind on filling orders even though medication is in stock.
This location should be closed because they don’t meet the service standards of other CVS locations!

Never have my prescription ready. Always claim to never have received it. Everyone here seems miserable and is unwilling to help you.

If I could give this place zero stars that would still be too much. The pharmacy manager on duty today, Ernie, should be fired. I’ve made my complaint to corporate and will be following up as I’ve requested they review camera footage. This man is hostile, unprofessional, and demeaning. I got notification that my prescription was ready and rushed over to make sure I was there before they close for lunch at 1:30pm. I went through the drive thru, waited with just one car in front of me and finally pulled up to the window at 1:28pm only to have the window closed on me with a recording that said they’re closed until 2pm. I parked the car and went in and was greeted by two women aggressively yelling “we’re closed we can’t help you!” to which I responded that I had been in line since before they were supposed to close at 1:30 and they closed the window early. I asked why they continued to help the people in line in the building but not me in the drive thru. I was met with sarcasm and rude comments such as “do I look like I have any say in anything? I don’t make decisions here. We were told to close the drive thru. We have a manager here!” The manager, Ernie, sat and listened to this entire ordeal saying nothing at all as I stood there with my 4 and 8 yr old children. It wasn’t until the technician yelled “we have a manager here!” and flung her arms open wide as if to put him on display that he then screamed and me and my children to “back off NOW so we can close the gate! BACK OFF NOW!” as he pointed at us angrily like he was going to lunge at us from behind the counter. He did this not once or twice but three times. These people are complete animals and shouldn’t be dealing with the public. All this because I wanted to be treated fairly. I immediately felt threatened for myself and my kids and left the building. I called corporate and filed a complaint and asked for an incident number so I can follow up.
