Cashier's refused to ring anyone up and forced us to only use self check out even though there was a line of people and only one of the 2 took cash. Said it was the new policy for the store. Ridiculous! Just go anywhere else instead.

This CVS is well-rated and I can see why. I only came here to get my COVID booster, and in the few minutes I've been here they've been fast, knowledgeable, and super welcoming to every person that comes in. Done with my shot in 5 minutes. As others have said, just a completely different vibe from every other CVS I've ever been to. Hats off to whoever manages this one - if it was closer to home I'd come here every time. I live near like 5 other CVS, and this one beats all of them.

Far and away the best CVS around. It feels like a neighborhood pharmacy. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and their low turnover is likely a sign of good management. We recently switched from the location in Newtown Square due to constant issues with unexpected closures and rude staff - it's a night-and-day difference.

This store is pretty chill and the pharmacy always has my prescriptions on time. I never have any problems her. My only complaint is that they need to keep the shelves fully stocked. They are almost always very low

There's so little support in the pharmacy area. Way more business than a couple folks that work back there can do at anytime. Which means the phone rings forever when you have a question for the pharmacy and nobody answers it. Which means you're waiting very long lines especially now that everyone is getting vaccinations. It's not the fault of the people who are working there they are working very hard it's a problem about staffing appropriately. Additionally bought a lottery ticket from the machine that's right as you come in the door and I won $300! When I tried to take my voucher which I printed from the machine and bring it to the cashier I was told they don't do that. So how is it convenient for me to get a lottery ticket when I can't redeem my winnings of a modest amount? I would understand if I won thousands but this is $300. And so now it's not convenient for me to buy my lottery tickets there I should just wait until I go to Acme or another store that hopefully has the ability to pay out my winnings.

Abysmal, I don’t know what more I can say. And this is the “good” CVS in town. I would laugh at how bad it is but I’m having an allergic reaction. My Rx was initially sent to the CVS in the Lawerence Park shopping center. It was out of stock at this location, so they sent it to this location on West Chester Pike. They told me it was sent there and was done before I left their store. I proceeded to the West Chester Pile store, was told there was an issue transferring it, and I waited a half an hour before leaving. I went home and returned to CVS an hour later, then waited another 30 minutes in the store. The pharmacist had a mini melt down saying he can’t do anything right and he doesn’t have enough time to do everything. Then he frantically threw my Rx on the counter and said “every time I call it’s 5-6 minutes and I don’t have that kind of time for you. I’m not worried about you paying”. I wasn’t charged and didn’t give any ID or payment. One of the least profession displays I have ever seen. Not sure if that was even legal. 1/5 stars

They need to start having people at the front of the store, or watching the front of the store, more often ... we were just waiting for at least 10 minutes for someone to show up to the register, because no one was in sight. And the self check out wasnt working, so we couldn’t use that until someone showed up.Kind of annoying.

Good afternoon to Yelp Family!! I like the location of this CVS. There is a nice size parking lot. I like the setup of this CVS. It is a larger size CVS and there are steps when you enter. I like the fact that they have a self-checkout counter as well as a live cashier. I loaded money onto my Card and I bought my customary red peppermint puffs here. They were available, there were about six containers there. I checked out and then I remembered that we needed Pam, non-stick cooking spray and 3oz cups for the bathroom. No Pam in stock, I guess because people are staying home because of Social Distancing the Corona Virus and they are cooking at home. They didn't have the 3 oz cups either. Oh well, that was ok, since I purchased other cups, but my mom didn't want them. I will return, probably after Memorial Day!!! Have a blessed day and weekend!!!

Great pharmacy but the staff is a tad bit naggy (and weird) sometimes.
