“I’m not sure who I spoke with today at the sales counter but he was incredibly helpful and informative (curses a lot if that helps w ID for praise).

I needed a replacement for a shower knob cartridge. He tried to find a match but couldn’t find one. Explained that they tend to supply contractors and don’t have more specialized items.

So he referred me to Barrco Plumbing Supply, gave me their number, exact directions, and a description of the outside. Said that they are known to have everything and they did.

Wouldn’t have fixed the shower w/o his insider info!”
