Painless! Diana helped me today, and if you’re ever nervous about getting blood work done, come here. She saw how afraid I was , she saw me crying and held me. She gave me a hug- man I needed that hug- and she soothed me to a place where she could take the blood. In and out within 25 minuets. Come here . Thank you so much

I went there to have blood drawn 4 times in 3 hours for a test. Shalonda was AMAZING. She got it every single time on the first try and did not hurt me. I imagine it would have been really rough if it weren’t for her!

The entire staff was fabulous! Very efficient & pleasant. I’m needle phobic and I let them know it. Marcia was very kind & patient with me and quite skilled at what she does. She drew my blood quickly & painlessly. I highly recommend this location!

They have an incredibly streamlined efficient checkin process. I walked in, saw a long line, and thought, “oh no” but they kept it moving. They were also very sweet and supportive of a little girl who was scared to have her blood drawn - talking up how much she was going to enjoy her pancakes after, giving her stickers and high fives when she was brave.

It’s my first time here. The place is nice and clean. The receptionists and phlebotomists are so friendly and kind. The service is so quick. I feel so comfortable and relieved. Thank you.

I went today for my blood test. The service was very quick and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The people in charge were nice and kept me under control. Someone told me about this location and I urge anyone who gets their blood test to use this location as long as you arrive early enough (like I did).

I went into this appointment terrified. I have passed out every time I get my blood drawn— until today! Shameka was an angel. She let me lay down and look out the window so I didn’t even have to see any of the draw. The needle didn’t hurt and 3 vials were filled so quickly. After it was done, she let me take my time getting up and even brought me a piece of candy to help adjust from the blood loss. I am so grateful and impressed by her kindness and professionalism!

Incredibly unprofessional woman working at the check-in window. If your job is Customer Service it would be helpful to not be incredibly dismissive and rude to the Customers who are choosing to bring their business to your company/location. Luckily I had a hardcopy of my prescription, otherwise she likely would have refused to help me at all, but when I mentioned that my Doctor had added (1) test (which was in the system) she looked at me like I had three heads and simultaneously just ruined her day. The Lab Technician who drew my blood was perfectly fine, hence why (2) stars instead of (1).

I loved going to this lab corp I have always had bad and rude experiences with other lancorps but this one is my favorite location. Staff was amazing and so friendly and professional. Loved the lady at the reception!

Amazing staff and such a positive and friendly atmosphere from them. It was my first time at this location since I moved, and from now on I will always come back here and tell my family to. I was truly taken care of by Shaneka (I hope I got spelling right!) and my nerves were totally calmed and replaced with smiles.I made an appointment in advance on the website and I barely had to wait! Definitely recommend.
