She teaches you everything that you need to know. She makes sure you know how to contact her or the office. She answers questions thoroughly, and you can tell she cares about making sure you have the right equipment for you. She personally worked with me to help me decide which mask would work for me which wasn’t an easy decision. I did not feel rushed at all. Thanks for your personal attention Sheri Wells.”

“Wonderful company to work with. My Aunt recently passed away from cancer but every time I was on the phone with customer service or she needed something such as a hospital style bed or bed side commode, every person I spoke with was pleasant and very knowledgeable about what may help us with our situation. And once the phone call was made and they submitted an order for us, they’re delivery drivers would arrive the same day and set everything up and tells us about how to use the equipment. All around a good experience at any turn.”
“I told the pharmacist my needs she not only provided me with what I asked for she assured me she would have my appliances available to me whenever I needed them she didn't carry them in her location but she would order them as long as I needed . EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!”
“Tepper is a great locally-owned pharmacy. they have been our go-to for 25 years. The big pharmacies are slow, with long waits, and impersonal service. The only bad reviews I see on here are from first-time customers who have unrealistic standards for a new account. People around the Main Line need to grow up and take responsibility for their own issues, like insurance companies. This is not Tepper's problem, although they have always worked with us and our providers to work things out. We save hundreds, and get top-level service. They know us by name, and will call if something is out of stock, is not coverd by our insurance, or needs to be ordered. Only once in 25 years have I gone to pick something up and it wasn't there, which was my fault, because I left it there so long they sent it back.We never go anywhere else, and don't plan to switch, even though CVS moved a store right into their shopping center, trying to steal their business. it didn't work, and Tepper is still going strong.Plus, they have great Greeting Cards too. You can trust them, and make them your regular stop.”
