“Move was successful, and at pricing quoted.Disappointed in that they did not have dedicated specialty boxes as expected (TV, large pictures, wardrobe). We had to scramble getting boxes ourselvesCrew consisted of 2 very young men/boys and the boss for loading. They did add a 3rd for unload so that helped.Suggest you trash the random stack of cardboard you use to make “boxes” and invest in the real boxes that were discussed and expected. It was a very poor reflection and disappointing.”

“Great customer service!! I was able to get my UPACK delivered on time. The process was very simple. I usually haul my own household goods. But, I wanted to try to use a carrier. I compared prices and the time it would take before I received it. My household goods arrived earlier than expected and enabled me to get moved in my new home the next day. Despite the cost, it was well worth it! I wasn't rushed to unpack and had more than enough time to get everything unloaded. The best thing was not having to pay until the household goods were ready to ship out to my home. If I had to, I would do it all over again.”

“Good for giving you're truck away that's sitting right in front of you because you were late and telling you they have nothing else the 10 minutes later tell you a truck is ready saying ok the 1 you originally had held is the 1 they end up giving it to you anyway so I guess they were breaking my stones or no one came for it after they gave it away. Ha go figure. Either way I got done what I needed”

“Today I had a hitch installed at Uhaul of Crum Lynne. I had to wait because I came from Delaware. Yolanda the service attendant was so helpful with a few non-hitch items I needed, and was excellent company during my wait making sure I was comfortable as I am disabled.Amara, the hitch installer, came out twice during the installation to talk to me. Once to view photos I brought of the utility trailer I had purchased and it's electric components, and then again to tell me he wasn't happy with the tongue length for the recommended hitch. He felt it was too close to my bumper, so he looked into the Uhaul store there and picked a better oneI felt that I received a custom hitch installation today for a very reasonable price...at least $100 less than other places I had asked. I couldn't have had a more positive experience, and when I left I had no doubt this was a great decision to come to Crum Lynne. Thanks to Yolanda and Amara!!”
