I had the pleasure of working with Daniel at the Folsom store. I was returning a “ton” of Comcast equipment and Daniel took care of everything quickly and painlessly! I was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes..This was a fantastic experience! I can not thank Daniel and the staff enough..Ps. “Hayden Printing Company helped out our family in a crisis. We needed programs to be printed in time for a funeral during the holiday season. Despite the short notice and difficulty of the matter, they were patient with us and professional (and they are quite responsive). “I have used them for years and I highly recommend them. They're very very good helpful. They will pack your package for you and just very helpful with some things that was difficult to return when I was trying to send a return and that they have their email there and you're trying to get it to come through sometime that difficult so I would recommend if you have anything like that. Also email your own email, so you know when it comes through, then go because if you go there ahead of time- I think something about the building-- it doesn't always come through that way at first ---you have to give it more time!! they have been in business many years and they have great experience, and the owner is from Springfield and grew up here!!”
“Good shop with a very knowledgeable staff. They also have a print shop next store. Parking isn't the best, there's 2 or 3 spots out front and the rest is metered. Good inventory, I bought some bounce umbrellas and shoot through ones and a wide angle lens. I would recommend these guys, also not many options in the area without checking online.”

“Went to FedEx for some important prints for a work event. It was a quick turnover and I needed it completed next day. The manager Toni called me to make sure the order was understood and was extremely detailed to make sure everything was completed to standard and on time. When I went in for pick up, Toni went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! She was amazing and even recut some of the items to make sure they were exactly what was needed. I didn’t ask her to do all these things, but she was so detailed and truly wanted to make sure the order was perfect. This already made me feel like this place was amazing! My experience would soon get even better once we started to chat via email. Not only were they super helpful when I needed help deciding how to make my design fit the specific needs but they also responded to emails very quickly which made me feel important with everything else they have going on!
