I used Rupp’s Marple Collision for the first time in February 2024. After comparing 3 quotes from local shops, I chose Rupp’s to fix two issues on the passenger side of my daughter's 2018 Audi A5 (a deep scrape over the back wheel well and a “keying” scratch on the front door).Rupp’s quote was significantly lower than the other quotes I received. In addition to being the lowest-priced shop, Rupp’s met my other expectations. They committed to a date and a timeframe and delivered on their promises. Their communication was great. They called to clarify what I wanted and then called with an update to let me know about their progress. They actually delivered the car back to me a day earlier than I expected. In addition, my bill matched my quote exactly, which was a nice surprise since I paid out-of-pocket. I am very pleased with the work Rupp’s performed and I highly recommend them!

Had an amazing experience at Rupp’s after a small fender bender! I was given quick and excellent service, along with solid guidance on next steps. This is my 4th time using Rupps and every experience has been great. Their estimating process is quick, they communicate with the insurance company quickly if needed and their work is great! They accomodate my schedule and most importantly - the my car comes back looking brand new - beautiful work and clean inside and out. I highly recommend them.
