I had an appointment with Art for a haircut ( going from long to short) , I have curly unmanageable hair and I have to tell you that Art jumped right in and gave me such a beautiful cut. I am beyond pleased! I have gotten so many compliments on my cut. Everyone was so friendly starting from the receptionist and shampoo girl, i will definitely be going back and have recommended Split Endz to several friends and family!Service: Hairstyling

The owner Art is very unprofessional and extremely rude. I had to wait over 30 minutes from my appointment time and all he said was I can wait or leave, it was up to me. No apology or any sympathy. I can’t believe this place was recommended to me. I’ll never go back and will tell my friends not to go here unless you want poor service and an owner who is rude and doesn’t care about his customers. Art needs to learn manners. Very condescending and thinks he’s the best and his sop is the only one to do my hair.Service: Hairstyling

The owner should stop attacking small businesses online reputations. Especially when the product they are demanding service on was purchased elsewhere and due to supply chain issues. service requests are at an all time high making it so the small business she is bullying is booked with their own clients. Please remove your negative review and I will remove mine. It takes a special kind of person to attack a small business during a pandemic.
