Making an appointment is useless here, you wont be called up ever if you have an appointment. If the banker knows he has an appointment they should come to the group and ask but instead they will just safe “next” had 11:30 appointment and still sitting here waiting and its 12:05

I have been waiting >30 minutes. Nobody even acknowledged that I am here. There are 4 employees and only 1 employees is helping customers. Very frustrating. I will be looking to change banks.
