Went to the bank to cash a check today and it took her 10 minutes to cash a check because the machine didn't work so she had to get the money from her co-worker but yet this place is America's most convenient bank that's not convenient to me this is the third time I've won in this bank and had to wait almost 10 minutes and they charge me $10 to cash a check written from t&d Bank what a joke

I was sitting in the waiting area and see a woman come in and try to use the money machine. I already knew both the drive through machine and bank machine not working. They were not working yesterday. So I see she has two small children with her and she ask who is in charge of the machine and the manager ignored her(angry face). She then says I work for the bank and he still ignored her. Finally she mentions someone I guess high up in bank and a female responds they no longer here. She says I know whon is the replacement. The female said Dan. So sad to have to see women having to pull small children out in the cold and not receive any respect for a company she works for. Its the only td in broomalll always long line, angry workers not staffed well,and to speak to someone on the other side not helpful at all.believe the branch need new workers.

Making an appointment is useless here, you wont be called up ever if you have an appointment. If the banker knows he has an appointment they should come to the group and ask but instead they will just safe “next” had 11:30 appointment and still sitting here waiting and its 12:05

I have been a loyal TD Bank customer for many years and even worked there in the past. However, today I experienced the worst customer service from Chris, the manager and an authorized notary public at the Broomall branch. I needed a document notarized for both my fiancé and myself, which required two signatures from two different notaries on the same document. Earlier, I visited another TD Bank branch and had a seamless experience with the first notary.
When I arrived at the Broomall branch for the second notary signature, I waited some time before meeting with Chris. Despite providing my bank information and the necessary document, he immediately refused to notarize it, citing that my fiancé was not a TD customer. This was surprising, as I had no issues at the previous location. When I calmly explained that the other branch had notarized the document without any problems, Chris responded rudely, saying, ‘I don’t give a shit, just because they don’t follow policy doesn’t mean I will break it. All parties involved in the document must be TD customers.’
I was shocked by his unprofessional language and lack of any apology. I would never want to give my business to someone who represents this location as a manager. If this is how the manager treats customers, I can only imagine the type of training the other employees receive.
I then contacted the other branch and explained the situation. The staff confirmed that Chris was incorrect in his actions and helped me find another TD Bank branch that could notarize the document without any issues. They also confirmed that Chris’s behavior did not align with proper protocol.
While I understand that Chris does not represent all of TD Bank, his behavior reflects poorly on this location. I highly recommend avoiding the Broomall branch and choosing another TD Bank location for your needs. It’s disappointing to see someone in a managerial position act so unprofessionally.

I have been waiting >30 minutes. Nobody even acknowledged that I am here. There are 4 employees and only 1 employees is helping customers. Very frustrating. I will be looking to change banks.

Never answers calls, slow impatient customer service every time. Employees just seem upset that they have to do their job every time I come in. The manager got mad at me for bringing in too many deposits at once but instead of helping teller or other customers he just tried to shame me and walked around as half a dozen or more customers walked in and out without ever being helped or acknowledged.

The tellers and branch employees really don't care about the customers. And it goes very slowly, I waited for about 1 hour and 20 minutes for only one customer. I definitely do not recommend this branch.

Some of THE rudest tellers I have ever met work in this bank. The teller I dealt with today, 6/4/24 at 11:30am should be fired. First of all she looked like she rolled out of bed and just came in to work, which if she was nice I wouldn’t even care about, but on top of it she was rude to me, handed me my money without an envelope and when I asked for one I stuttered a little bit and she literally rolled her eyes! Then as I walked away she had the audacity to talk about me to her co worker, who laughed loudly at whatever she said.

This bank is horrible. We were lied to about the interest rate on a CD, which they dropped without our consent. I've been told over and over again they would fix it and going on 2 months now it is still not fixed. I have filed complaint after complaint and don't even get a call back.

TD Bank located at 2014 Sproul Rd, Broomall, PA 19008 is a tremendous Bank to be a member of. Friendly and helpful staff and hours even on a Sunday!!! Love it

Just for a wire transfer they made me wait 45 minutes and still didn’t do it. There was only one person ahead of me.

I brought cash into deposit into my checking account. The CASH was put into someone else's checking account, which I was not aware of until I went to the store and my card was declined. I checked my account online which showed no recent transaction I had yesterday. I have absolutely no money until they decided to put MY CASH back into my account which can take up to 3 business days at minimum. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.
