“Charles was the best help when I got a flat tire on the way to the airport. He said he would be there in thirty minutes and he showed up in less than five. He skipped picking up his lunch and getting gas because I mentioned feeling scared sitting on the side of 95 with cars flying by so close to my car. I was actually terrified for him as he hooked the car up to the truck. Charles was great company on the way to have my tire replaced as we talked about his love for his children and family. Sometimes you just have bad days, but if you find yourself needing help, this is definitely where you should get it. Not only did Charles come quicker to pick me up, he helped another car put air in a tire at a gas station because he noticed they looked a little confused. Thank you for adding good to this world Charles!”

“My battery warning light came on and was told at Autozone that my battery was good but most likely needed a new alternator. I called Jim’s and were able fit me in right away. I came first thing just before our winter vacation for them to look at it. Jim’s figured out that the connectors were loose. It was a Christmas miracle! To my surprise, within under an hour of THEIR time, they fastened it and told me that I did not even have to pay. Jim’s service and kindness, especially around this holiday season made my day. This is the kind of neighborhood shop that really gets it (unlike some of these corporate-auto-grinches minus Roxborough Autozone). I had to repay the favor by giving them a rave review. Thank you! Wanted to give a raving review to Conestoga Collision and particularly khan, vinny, tony and Allison as they are fantastic and if i could give them all an 11 i would but i know on 1-10 they are 10 in my books. The precision fixes, the customer service, follow ups, the app on updates, and knowledge are superior and above the rest of competition on repairs and all else. Khan above all from when i took vehicle in to the repairs getting completed as if its a new purchase from dealership has left me in awe. Congrats to him and team. “My entire wheel came off at 10pm. Their tow guy was there really quickly and was able to take the truck back to their shop where they found what caused it and were able to fix it very quickly. I was so worried that it was going to cost a fortune to replace everything but they were very honest and said it was a simple problem and charged to fix only that simple thing. This is my new mechanic shop!”

“I can’t recommend this auto body shop enough. The team is not only incredibly kind and honest, but they also go above and beyond to minimize any inconvenience, especially during what often can be a stressful experience.
The repair was completed promptly, my car looks brand new, and they even realigned and reattached my bumper (which had been repeatedly falling off due to a separate incident where someone had hit it and left) at no extra charge, in addition to running my car through the wash, cleaning the inside, and shining it. They took so much care with it and my car’s never looked better.
While I hope I won’t need their services again anytime soon, this will absolutely be my go-to shop if I do. I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know dealing with car repairs, they made the whole process so seamless. I’m truly appreciative of their professionalism and integrity. Thank you guys so much!”

Last spring I took my car here because it was shaking and rattling and I didn’t know what was wrong. These guys diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it quickly, and even told me what I could do the avoid the problem in the future. They also gave me a good price. That’s what I want in a mechanic.
