“My battery warning light came on and was told at Autozone that my battery was good but most likely needed a new alternator. I called Jim’s and were able fit me in right away. I came first thing just before our winter vacation for them to look at it. Jim’s figured out that the connectors were loose. It was a Christmas miracle! To my surprise, within under an hour of THEIR time, they fastened it and told me that I did not even have to pay. Jim’s service and kindness, especially around this holiday season made my day. This is the kind of neighborhood shop that really gets it (unlike some of these corporate-auto-grinches minus Roxborough Autozone). I had to repay the favor by giving them a rave review. Thank you! Verone’s did an outstanding job fixing my bumper that was badly damaged on my 2012 Maxima. My car looks like new. I would definitely use Verones in the future. Additionally, they deduced $198.00 from the price as they did not have to repair the undercarriage. I am now keeping my car rather than purchase a new sedan. “I can’t recommend this auto body shop enough. The team is not only incredibly kind and honest, but they also go above and beyond to minimize any inconvenience, especially during what often can be a stressful experience.
The repair was completed promptly, my car looks brand new, and they even realigned and reattached my bumper (which had been repeatedly falling off due to a separate incident where someone had hit it and left) at no extra charge, in addition to running my car through the wash, cleaning the inside, and shining it. They took so much care with it and my car’s never looked better.
While I hope I won’t need their services again anytime soon, this will absolutely be my go-to shop if I do. I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know dealing with car repairs, they made the whole process so seamless. I’m truly appreciative of their professionalism and integrity. Thank you guys so much!”

“Michael, Bear, and Crystal did a great job rescuing my dead hybrid SUV from a crazy location. My car’s electrical system broke down suddenly when I was parked in a washed out parking strip alongside a small river. This was of course late in the afternoon on a holiday weekend. After an hour of talking with multiple towing services connected to my insurance company, and being told that they didn’t have the equipment to get this type of vehicle out of the sunken embankment, I called Keyes Towing in Media. Crystal immediately understood the topography and car technical issues on the call. Michael and Crystal came out and we all spent a lot of time figuring out how to extract this car from the 2’ washout ridge and embankment. I didn’t know what caused the car to die earlier, and the car’s default state was locked in park, brakes locked, and tailgate inoperable, and battery not able to be charged, so there were a lot of unknowns about how to safely move the car. Keyes called the Count Park Rangers to manage traffic along this very narrow and curved 2-lane road. They managed to safely extract the 5000-lb SUV using some very clever techniques and got it onto the flatbed. And they delivered the car to a parking space right next to the front door of a good local repair shop so it was easy to get the car in the queue when the shop open on the following Monday.
Great save, and I even made it to a holiday dinner that evening.”
“Needed a tow for the first time in years. Called these guys, and they pulled up in seven minutes. Tried jumping my car, but it was more than that. The driver was great, and they got my Chevy smoothly out of a packed parking lot with narrow spaces. My car got dropped off at the shop, and the driver got both myself and my groceries home safe. The fee was much less than I was expecting, and A1 really saved me a lot of grief. They are now my go-to for towing.”
