H&R Block are not all created equal. With that being said; I am lucky to find at Brownsville H&R Block an awesome preparer.The people there actually care about preparing the taxes properly and keep current. Pricing for services I would like to see improve. But overall it is worth taking time to stop in.

Loved Hazel, hated her equipment. This was the third year in a row that we were asked to "unplug and plug back in" the signature pad so that, hopefully, it would work. Ultimately, it did not. We had to physically sign and our visit took much longer than it should have. We will choose a different location next year, sorry Hazel.
