The employees are always nice and friendly ( Shannon ) was great she was at the register the other day when I was there and everything was went smoothly,, and the place is clean and we'll taken care of. Service is great too!!!

I hate to give a bad review, but this Sheetz has the slowest food preparation. It’s only gotten worse each time we go. The food was fine but I don’t think waiting 20 minutes for food at a gas station should be the norm.

By day it’s your typical Sheetz, come night time you’ll need a respirator and a clear schedule if you want food in a timely manner. Not Sheetz’s fault though, pretty sure the college folk just have nowhere else to hangout at when it gets dark.

Can’t ever get a single mobile order right. Constantly get the wrong cigarettes or I order a 12 or 16 oz redbull and I get a 8oz

Went tonight for food smoothies and a cookie. They were so worried about not having the cookie i ordered on the app to give me something else to drive all the way home to realize I was missing my bucket of fries but they made sure to give me my ketchup in the bag. Absolutely insane at how many times I've encountered incompetent workers at this location. Almost always they will hand me my smoothies and say have a goodnight and I have to tell them I have food too. Hire better people at this sheetz.
Update: they let my order sit at the drive thru with no acknowledgement or service for 10 minutes over the pickup time. The owners need to retrain the people who work here.

Every time I come here for food it is either never made on time , today I sat in the drive thru at 11:47 we paid and it is currently 12:41 and still not have gotten our food … an hour plus wait at this point for Mac n cheese is ridiculous the drive thru has always been awful and they’re not even checking or hardly ever show numbers when busy just set food on counter.

This is BY FAR the WORST sheetz store I’ve ever been to. I recently relocated from Utown to Bville and this sheetz is HORRIBLE!! Customer service is terrible. The employees act like you are bothering them or they are irritated to be there, the service is unbelievably slow even if you order a half hour ahead of time with a specified pick up time. I will never be returning to this sheetz again as it has happened multiple times but the first few I just chalked it up to bad timing etc. but no it’s not bad timing it’s the entire management team and the way this store is ran. HORRIBLY

Honestly I don't think I'll be going here again unless I absolutely have to! They all know very well that there are a ton of college kids from cal u that come to this sheetz. Especially around 1 am! I have ordered food around 1: 30am Sunday morning and didn't get it until 3am! Then when I call customer service to complain they hung up on me!!! All I ordered was a half sub and pretzel! I said forget it and go to taco bell now because I can get like 10 items for $14. Instead of 2 items for $15!!! I'm just sick of this location ? I go to Canonsburg almost every night cause I work close to there and NEVER have the problems that I do at store #670!!! Waste of time and $$$

It takes 10 mins in between each order and everybody said they didn’t order much, a girl I heard said she got mozzarella sticks ONLY and she was waiting almost two hours. Ridiculous if you know it’s going to be long keep telling folks an hour shut the store down on orders til you catch up.

Workers are working very slow to get people's orders out and they don't care I waited for an hour for my food and it still didt come out I don't recommend this sheetz
