Ordered truck online, went to pick it up...Some guy( very rude) there said if I didn't have a lock number I was out of luck...I had confirmation from Uhaul...Had movers with me, horrible experience. Now I have to get a truck elsewhere tomorrow.

Mother in law rented a u-haul. We were there at 8:00 to pick it up. She never received the code for the lock box that held the key. Two other people were having the same problem. The owner just happened to show up at 08:40 and got us the key. We told him that we had been delayed 40 minutes. He just turned away and started talking to his buddy. Didnt seem to care that we lost almost an hour trying to get keys. Will never get anything from there again. Customer service is extremely important to me.

Rental agent made us wait over an hour for my truck. Didn't know it was on the lot. Lot was muddy as all heck and made driving off the lot a pain.

This review is for the Uhaul part of the business. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional, rude woman in my life! I called to reserve a Uhaul, she said she had to either place me on hold or call me back in a few mins, I gave her my # and never received a call back. So, the next morning I call before they open, the woman on the v/m was the same woman I spoke with, I left a v/m explaining I was waiting on a return call from her, still never received a call back! So I call for a 3rd time, she answers. I told her I've been trying to reach there to make a reservation, she never apologies. Get all of my info, I had to give her my cc# three times because she said the screen kept going black. I'm obviously irritated at this point. She also tells me to make sure I bring my card because she can't read what's she typing! I go online the next morning to change the date from a Friday to a Saturday and add a dolly. I called today to make sure the change was reflected on their end. She tells me I'm nowhere in the system. I said "so you're saying I don't have a reservation?!" She said "well, you're not in here!" I hung up and reserved with a different location, who confirmed I WAS in the system after all. Worst experience ever. I will tell everyone to NOT ever deal with this location. This woman needs fired!
