Absolutely terrible customer service. GM Riana is terrible at her job. Their cashier charged my card twice for something because he wasn’t properly trained to do it, then when I showed him that it kept going through on my end - we went to customer service. Both reps there had no idea what to do because he didn’t put the propane in correctly. They called for the GM and when she came back she tried blaming it on my bank even though I showed her that it went through on my card both times. She essentially told me that it’s not her problem and that I can come back tomorrow once it’s processed to my account and finalized.

Don't like any Walmart all the workers are rude they are judgmental they stare at you like you're a problem I do not like going in Walmart.

Best to avoid this store, as it is difficult to navigate. Very few signs marking any departments, no associates to ask, and no drone to get a bird's eye view. That would have been helpful, lol. There need to be maps of the store layout at the entrances. The only way I found the checkout area was to follow the beeps from the scanners.

Wal-Mart used to be a place where customer service was top priority ! However in recent years I've noticed a very dramatic decline in their respect for customers.
They treat almost everyone like they are stealing which to a degree I understand because of their theft problems.
This shouldn't be taken out on the customers who make Walmart what it is .

Do not buy any electronics from this store. I had gotten a brand new iPhone 13 and I had to take it to the Apple Store to get the entire phone system fixed.
