“scheduled an appointment for car inspection, came in around 1:03. couple minutes late, then i had to find my registration and car inspection online so that took about another 5 minutes. they didn’t mind at all and finished inspecting my car at about 1:25-1:30. i was in and out. definitely recommend and their price is way more cheaper than any family owned car shop from my home town.”

“I'd like to call this auto repair shop a "hidden gem", but apparently it's been there a very long time, so it was only hidden from me! Its name clearly spells out what they do - all things undercarriage for vehicles - shocks, struts, undercarriage repairs of all types (including welding as needed). They even do State mandated inspections! Mike and his crew are superb - competent, knowledgeable, friendly and, perhaps best of all, honest to a fault. If 10 stars were available for this post I would give them a 10. Something grinding, squeaking or rattling under your car? Struts/shocks are toast? Take it to Indiana Frame and Axle. You will not regret your decision. I promise.”
“We stopped at Len's at least 3 times this year just to look at everything, well the last time we stopped he was there. He came out and asked if I had any questions, at first I told him no, but then I started asking about the Corvette. I stopped and said wait is it even for sale? He said yes, everything here is foe sale. Long story short, after asking him about the car, he told me exactly what was wrong with it, then told me he wanted to check it out before I came for a test drive. He looked everything over and took it out for a drive, he didn't like how the battery was acting, so he got a brand new one! I took it for a test drive and knew that she was all mine! He made the sale very easy for me, no pressure and he wanted me to have a good car, even if it is just for a toy for me lol! Thank you very much for my 1984 Corvette, I will bring her back down for you to see once I get the paint job over the winter!!! I highly recommend Len!!!”

Normally I would have done more work on comparative shopping and negotiation.”
“The service manager I worked with was fantastic! (I believe his name is Zak) He discovered that when I changed my license plate and renewed my registration, April 5, 2024, the registration was only valid until April 24, 2024. (Weird huh?:) He walked me through online registration on PennDOT. In a few minutes, we had my new registration and they were able to inspect my vehicle and do the emissions test required by Westmoreland County.

The service department has been servicing my vehicles for just as long. Joe the head mechanic always explains things to me in a straight forward manner. I never feel like I’m being taken advantage or being ripped off. I have at other shops, but not here. Brian always makes scheduling easy and lets me know the status of my car when it’s there. “This shop is the best!! We won't go anywhere else for tires or tire service. We had 2 tires with nails and tire weights in each. One was flat the other was a slow leak. They repaired them both in an hour at an really great and fair price. We love this place. Plus you get to pet their friendly kitty while you wait!”
