I made appointment for passport we waited for a month for this after that us mail was closed due construction around them but why is they’re not send me any confirmation around him going on construction why ? I wasted my time

I entered the post office with trepidation, unsure if I had the proper mailing address for my package. Christopher was tremendously patient and kindly answered all my questions! He was extremely knowledgeable on the passport process and what I would need leading up for my passport appointment next week! Its such a relief walking into this office knowing the staff are so friendly and helpful! Thank you again!

This is not the post office closest to our house but I’m glad we went out of our way!! My husband and I had expired passports. And thank God for Christopher! He was so helpful and kind. What a breath of fresh air walking into a post office and getting stellar service!!! Thank you for going above and beyond., Christopher!

Amazing experience. My son applied for passport and the employee found out an error in the ID, which was corrected by Penndot on the same day. The staff at the post office took extra time without hesitation to correct it with a smile!!

We come here for years. Always good experience! Last time we were there we got exactly the same treatment. Christopher was awesome and helpful and we left the post office with a smile! Thank you for making it easy for us to apply for a passport!

Been here multiple times and never had a bad experience. The staff here are super nice and explains every process and is very patient. They are quick with their service and will get you out as soon as they can to get your day going. Love coming back here.

I made an appointment at this location for my passport. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and the service was quick. Chris took his time answering my questions. Definitely will recommend and will return to this location for other services.

The woman who works here during the day is terrible, rude and asks for "extra charges" when filing paperwork. There are not charges that other post offices charge. She needs to be investigated.

The woman at the front is super unprofessional, not only does she have a terrible accent and you can’t understand her at all, and she doesn’t read names correctly, the service is terrible, while I was filling out a simple money order, I made a bunch of mistakes with her “help”, she doesn’t let clients fill out the forms themselves
