The staff is super helpful, kind, friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and amazing. The business offers the cleanest supplements and high-quality products, which are the absolute best in the area. It also provides delicious homemade organic vegan food, smoothies, baked goods, soups, and salads, all free of seed oils and gluten. The menu includes amazing fresh baked goods, soups, a seasonal pumpkin smoothie, a nutty tempeh bowl, lentil soup, chickpea salad, rice with kimchi, and a breakfast cookie. There is a custom herbal drink menu and specialty botanical drinks, like the Matcha Blend. The food is pretty good and perfectly balanced and flavorful. Private consultations are available, and the licensed nutritionist, herbalist, and holistic chef combine to bring custom tea and herbal blends. It is not a place for a romantic date but maybe a first date. This shop and cafe has exactly what is needed and is a new go-to for supplements and snacks.
I found Arrowroot by accident! Boy am I glad that I did! I am WFPB vegan no oil. They provide me with the foods that I need and love! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I live in Lower Delaware and whenever I am near Bryn Mawr I stop in to stock up on delicious food. Thank you Arrowroot!!
