I want to congratulate whoever hires and trains the staff here. I've never experienced better customer service, and, at 70, I've been shopping for decades. I came in with a friend who was coat shopping. While I was there, I figured I'd try to find straight legged spandex pants similar to the Lululemon pants I've been wearing for years but that have been discontinued. Madison immediately understood what I needed and did everything necessary to make that happen for me. And it wasn't easy. She ended up having to order them from another store, after trying to find a pair in the store, and online, and striking out both times. But she kept on it and made it happen. And honestly when she succeeded she seemed just as happy about it as I was. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER I encountered as I tried clothing on and asked for different colors and sizes was helpful, caring and well-informed. And unlike some clothing stores with a younger vibe, even though I'm a senior, I felt welcomed and appreciated.

Went in to return a few items from an online purchase. I told one of the staff members that I was leaving on a trip the next day and needed a few easy to pack items. All of a sudden the entire staff was helping me! They were so nice. Kept bringing things to me in the fitting room. Gave me opinions on what I tried on. It was a breath of fresh air in retail shopping these days. Thank you to all the staff people who helped me.I just returned from my trip and loved everything that i bought! Will definitely go into the store (instead of going online) next time i need something. It was nice to see everything in person and get such service!

I love Athleta but I just had my 2nd poor experience at the Bryn Mawr location. I tried to return something I bought online and the sales associate was super helpful and friendly but the manager was not helpful and pretty rude. This has happened twice now:(

Calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is super helpful and there are a lot of options throughout the store. On the pricier side, but everything is great quality and lasts for a while. Great for leggings and activewear.

Great service combines with easy-to-wear clothing to make shopping fun. Athleta has been a favorite since the pandemic made me rethink my daily attire. Comfort plus good styling now win the day. The Haverford store is well-designed and has lots of parking. The sales personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. Love the store.

Had a bad experience, the store associate threw the receipt. I get it's COVID and she didn't have to hand it to me but you can just put the receipt on the counter and I'll pick it up, you don't have to throw it disrespectfully...

Absolutely brilliant. There was some confusion about an order. Originally they did not have an item. The staff went through the new delivery that had just arrived, and we're able to find the item we wanted. Very much appreciate the extra effort. They didn't have to, but they did anyway. Great customer service.
