A bunch of liars and frauds work here 👍🏼 They sold me on an IPad and assured me it wouldn’t raise my bill, and after going back and forth to the store multiple times (because I had a bad feeling and should have stuck with my gut) and speaking to 3 different employees, including the manager Phil, who assured me that the IPad would not raise my bill, my bill has in fact increased. It’s really sad because I was taken advantage of and I had told Nas, who built my quote, that I am a college student and really looking for something more affordable. But they got me, and they will definitely get you so reject any “offer” they try to sell you. From reading other reviews it sounds like this happens frequently. So beware when you go here.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this AT&T store. I came in to trade in my iPhone and was told by Alim that my bill would only increase by a small amount, which I was okay with. That was the only reason I agreed to the upgrade. The phone had to be ordered, and when it arrived, I followed every step to start the trade in -- only to find out Alim never processed the trade-in at all. He just sold me the phone.
Now I’m stuck with a much higher bill, no trade-in credits, and I’ve been bounced around between useless online support, rude chat agents, and phone reps who hang up on me. Total scammy experience. Alim either lied or had no clue what he was doing.

I want to express my deepest appreciation to Alim and Phil. I came into the store with a lot of anxiety relating to transferring my work phone number to a personal number and getting a new personal phone. They were extremely understanding, compassionate and helpful in working with me to achieve this every step of the way. They are extremely patient and truly provide the best customer experience I have ever experienced. I felt that they had me covered every step of the way. They are absolute experts technically and approach customers with compassion. You are very lucky to have such top notch employees and I am now a new and proud AT and T customer for life. This store recommended committing insurance fraud to replace a broken phone. (Purchase insurance on an alert broken phone and come back in two days to submit a claim to replace the phone.) They also had a replacement phone in stock until we didn’t want to purchase Internet service. Then the phone magically disappeared from their inventory. Absolute frauds at this location.

I had the best experience! Frank was my rep and Sydney was the manager... both helped me tremendously and showed me how to take full advantage of my account! They were excellent! They reviewed my entire account and even saved me money!!! You are lucky to have suck great employees!!

Had a really great experience over the weekend. I had an issue with my phone and the staff was super friendly. They even had snacks and water for me and my kids and the new manager, Phil, was very charming and helpful. I even enjoyed the old school R&B playing, made me think of old times. I will be recommending my friends to come here from now on. This store is a hidden gem in town. Give everyone there a raise!
