Had a really great experience over the weekend. I had an issue with my phone and the staff was super friendly. They even had snacks and water for me and my kids and the new manager, Phil, was very charming and helpful. I even enjoyed the old school R&B playing, made me think of old times. I will be recommending my friends to come here from now on. This store is a hidden gem in town. Give everyone there a raise!

The Manager Mr. Waheed and Alex were excellent in their professionalism. They were very courteous and treated me with the highest respect. Even though it took several attempts to activate 3 new phones and keeping same numbers, these two gentlemen were very patient. I give these guys a 10 out of 10 perfect rating!

Visited the Bryn Mawr Pennsylvania AT&T store to change one of my three phone lines to a data line. Assistant manager was very nice and explained that the phone line had to be canceled through customer service and she could activate a data line with a $35 activation fee, but also stated that perhaps customer service could waive the activation fee given that I was a customer since 1996. Mine was activated, a new Sim card was inserted in an iPad and I left the store satisfied. But that is where the satisfaction ended. Called customer service they told me that they could not cancel the line but referred me to the loyalty group. The loyalty group was able to cancel the phone line, but would not waive the activation fee Stating that it was company policy that these are standard fees that could not be waived. The "loyalty" group also explained that had the assistant manager at the store simply changed the line from a phone line to a data line there would not have been an activation fee. I got nothing short of a run around. It is really sad that AT&T has now jeopardized having a loyal customer from 1996 who is now seriously thinking about leaving to go to either Verizon or Comcast. Not the customer service I would expect given AT&T's commercials and their pledge of great customer service. Bad bad bad customer relations. Shame on you AT&T!!!!!

This store focuses on fast talking and trying to sell products that you don't even want. I came in for a new phone and they brought an Apple Watch out trying to convince me to purchase something I already own on my wrist. Sold me a phone that was smaller than the iPhone I had after telling me it's the same size. Convince me to but a phone with more GB although I told them I use iCloud and have no issues with storage. Got home to open the box and the phone was not what I expected. Without charging the phone it was hot and wouldn't charge pass 59%. I went back to the store the next day and they told me I had to reach out to Apple care for the issue because I took the phone out the store.. Once i was persistent they said I could get another phone but had to pay a restock fee $50. Because no manager was on duty to rectify my issue. They tried to tell me I had to pay for the packaging box because I didn't bring it pack .Although I paid the restocking fee. The craziest thing is he set up my new phone in the store . I never looked in the iPhone box until I got home and he stole my charger. Who stills someone charger after paying over $1000 for a phone. The store needs to be investigated

I am so disappointed with my experience here. All I wanted was a new phone and I ended up with erroneous charges on my bill that I didn't ask for, a "free" apple watch which was ANYTHING but (and a $50 restocking fee which they "just couldn't get around", never wanted the watch to begin with) The time and headache this has caused going back and forth to the store and with ATT and billing has been a nightmare. They took advantage of me. So disappointed.

Overall awesome experience. Scott was great and very helpful. Came from Philly just to see Scott based on previous service received at the south Philly store. We will definitely be back.

Lamont Irvine is the absolute best! My phone had not been able to connect to service for a week. After many hour long calls to customer service I thought it was time to buy a new phone. Then I walked in a Lamont Irving had my phone working in minutes!! He was friendly professional and my personal hero!!!
