My first and last trip to the Bryn Mawr location of Blue Mercury was extremely uncomfortable to say the least. Myself and three other young woman entered the store and received a cold greeting as if we didn’t belong there. Not one of the employees treated us with respect. This was made very clear when another woman walked in and was showered with kindness. When I purchased my item, the sales associate did not look me in the eye and continued to talk with another customer across the room while completing my transaction. I had a very negative experience today and don’t expect to be going back any time soon.

They are very rude constantly following me around every move I take thinking I’m gonna steal or I’m just colored very unhappy basically losing costumers by making them very uncomfortable to the point they leave very rude staff don’t recommend this location

Stopped by for a last minute birthday gift for a colleague. The staff here are always super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their inventory. They helped me pick out the perfect item for my friend. Highly recommend!

I came here to get my makeup done by Teresa (I hope I spelled you name right!) This store is located in Bryn Mawr square and it is very nice and spacious with a great selection of mostly high-end beauty products. Teresa did a great job with my makeup and her and the rest of the staff were very kind! Teresa also has a lot of experience doing makeup and while the makeup is mainly high-end, I paid the same price that I would to get my makeup done elsewhere. I would not hesitate to recommend this store in the future :)

First, I want to say that the service here is excellent and so are the products that I have bought here in the past. That said, I am horrified that when the weather is hot they turn on the air conditioning full blast and leave the front door WIDE OPEN. This is totally unacceptable. I was told that this was to make the store appear "welcoming" and attract customers. Yikes. What this says to me is that the management (or whoever made this decision) is utterly irresponsible. I will boycott this store, and others that try to air condition the great outdoors, until they wise up. I hope others will do the same. We owe it to the environment.

Theresa and the staff are unusually accommodating and knowledgeable. In the current climate where service is moderate at best Theresa and her staff excel!I highly recommend This store.

The staff gets 5 stars. The products get 5 stars. The new No Cash policy is what brings my rating down I'm surprised in this political climate Blue Mercury has pursued this policy. I consider it discrimination. Unless this policy is reversed I will no longer shop there.

I shopped at the Ardmore store, looking for a specific lip gloss. The young lady, looked for it,advised they had it. I browsed around for other things. When I was ready to check out, she rang it up. Put it in the bag & I left. I never looked to confirm it was the I wanted. Got home, looked at it and was instantly mad. I called the store, they actually didn't have the lip gloss. The gentlemen I spoke with, Glen (I believe) called the store in Bryn Mawr. They did have it. So I had to make an additional stop to get the correct lip gloss. Bryn Mawr store associates seemed very unhappy.
