Our dog came down with an eye infection on Friday night after my Vet closed for the long New Years weekend. We couldn't ignore it for 4 days so on Saturday morning we frantically searched for someone who would help. After numerous refusals, we reached out to Bryn Mawr Vet. Not only were we relieved to find they were open, but estatic that they were happy to squeeze us in. Again, this was the Saturday before New Years Eve! The entire staff was extremely kind and caring. The office was spacious, clean and welcoming. Doctor Greenamyer was wonderful. She gently and thoroughly examined our dog's eye, immediately identified the issue and explained to us what it was, much to our relief. With the meds she perscribed, our dog's eye began to clear up nicely. We can't expres how grateful we are to the Bryn Mawr Veterinary Hospital (my dog's new Vets, BTW), Dr. Greenamyer and the staff.

Dr Lew is the best. He's kind and genuinely cares about the animals. He also takes the cost of care into consideration when it comes to the care of animals.

Wow!! This place is absolutely amazing! Everyone was so very friendly and helpful, my guinea pigs were treated with care, and the doctor listened to the reason for their visit. I was anxious myself during the visit, and the staff even helped calm me down. :) It was an AMAZING experience and I am sooo happy to have found Bryn Mawr Vet!! Thank you so much!!

My dog Henry has been a patient at Bryn Mawr for 3 years, we are so sad to leave due to moving. We have loved every provider we have seen! They are always fast and able to get me in a lot of times same day for sick visit or within the next day which has been a lifesaver. They always remind you of your preventive measures that are needed and have great techs that truly care for your pets.

I think the time has come to change. Over the last about 30 years I have taken my dogs and cats to Bryn Mawr Vet. Sometimes good experiences, mostly good vet care. This year something happened. All the vets left but 1. All the front desk staff left. At a couple of routine visits, required medications (including core vaccines) were out of stock. The text notifications consistently were for the wrong service (I.e. routine exam was put in when a sick exam was scheduled). Corrections were not recorded, exams incorrectly noted in the records, and the errors were repeated. I have stayed for the one remaining vet, Dr. Hayes, who gives fabulous care and attention to the animals under her care. Another old timer also seems back part-time and I trust her. But there are now a number of new vets who probably misguided by the incompetent desk staff, are clueless. Just clueless. I have an old dog with a heart problem and I trust Dr. Hayes with her. But I have to pick up her medication from another veterinary hospital in the area because Bryn Mawr doesn't have it. It is actually embarrassing. I will not hurry, but I am now going to be looking for a more reliable veterinarian. I honestly wonder what happened, why did all the staff pick up and leave, all the procedures get disorganized? Save yourself the headaches and look elsewhere for your dog or cat's care.

I had been avoiding going to the vet I had used for decades because the old owners were gone. Dr Munden was highly recommended. I had several issues I was concerned about and felt guilty that I hadn’t gone sooner. I was also concerned about the bill. My old vet was 250 just to walk in . I’m serious. Dr.Munden and her associates were unbelievable. Knowledgeable, kind , understanding, kind , compassionate and let me decide how, when and what I wanted to do about my girls care and follow up. The price for the visit and believe me - they went the extra mile ~ was a bill I could pay and do it easily. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you ?

Came here for a first visit for our puppy. The staff was super friendly, answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable. I have been to a few vets on the Main Line in the past and this was by far the best experience I have had as a pet owner.

This was my first time visiting a vet since my cat Sansa and I moved to Philly. Bryn Mawr Vet was a really pleasant experience! The office is easy to find and generally peaceful (and appropriately decorated for Halloween) inside, and everyone on staff was friendly. 10/10 on the comfort scale!

In the past 3 months, Bryn Mawr Vet has changed dramatically for the worse. First of all all the vets left the practice but one. All the reception area staff left and there are a few new people learning as they go along. My call are not answered. My veterinary appointments are registered incorrectly as “routine” for a medical concern (a lump in my poodles mammary gland), “routine exam” for a booster; they seem to out of medications which the single remaining veterinarian recommends, then says, oops, we don’t have that, but you can use this instead??? I have taken all of my pets here for decades and after today’s incident, I am shopping for a new vet; my poodle’s heart medication was supposed to be refilled, I called to make sure and was told we will call you when it is ready and was never accredited. I just got off the phone with the receptionist after being told, oops, another mix up, the med had been put on the list to refill, but hadn’t been. The remaining vet is still excellent and I appreciate the practice of giving vaccines in my presence (other vets take the animal to another room what is that all about???). Sad, but looks like this excellent practice is another COVID victim.

I enjoy the professionalism, as well as the friendliness of Bryn Mawr Veterinary Hospital. I've been taking my cats there for years, and am always pleased at the way they treat my pets and me as well!

Vets are very good but the office handles way too many pets given the support staff they employ. Multiple things were overlooked regarding my pet this year. Not critical health issues but organization and bookkeeping items.

I have been taking our dogs here for 3 years – I have found that they are responsive, a quality and trusted veterinary provider. They won't recommend something that your dog or pet doesn't need. Very happy customer!
