Took well over an hour past the appointment time to be taken back, then another hour to be seen by the doctor who was just so incredibly rude. We’ve never been spoken down to so much by a medical provider. I cannot understand what causes someone to speak to patients with such disrespect, but I can say without a shadow of a doubt that we will never return to this practice and would advise others to avoid it. If I could give zero stars I would.

There's a reason many of the staff here have been with the practice for decades. It's professional and people-oriented...for staff and clients. And it's a one-stop practice for any eye needs. We highly recommend it.

They have always taken care of my 87 year old Mothers vision. Now that she has macular degeneration, Dr. Greene is putting her mind at ease with the treatments. Very happy with everyone at the practice!

Dr Sepahi OD is competent(overly confident) and has ZERO bedside manner. I am a retired optometrist and would NEVER treat a patient the way I was treated. Her diagnosis of my ailment was inconclusive.I was able to get a second opinion by a very busy ophthalmologist in a different practice on the same day. This MD was respectful, listened carefully to my case history and was able to reach a conclusive diagnosis.Going to her was a traumatic experience not worth going thru.

Great doctors but terrible staff behind the front desk. I've been a patient since I was a child and I will not be coming back. The second I walk in for my apt the woman behind the counter (who was unmasked and chatting away with another assistant) tells me she ran my medical insurance and it's inactive. I am recently married and switched my medical insurance provider but kept my existing vision coverage. I give her my new medical insurance card, which also has a vision policy and she glances at it and says, do you have vision? I reply that the word vision is written right on the card she barely looked at. She says, "I'm going to assume you have Davis and we don't accept that." She clearly did not care their about their business or its patients. I drove 45 mins each way when they could have called me in advance to ask about my insurance and she was incredibly rude, didn't take the time to verify my info, and clearly wanted to get back to her social hour. They're located within Bryn Mawr hospital and do not offer parking vouchers so you have to pay to park there, which is another negative.

I have been using Carty Eye for two years now. Never a problem,no long waiting, friendly and efficient staff. Very professionally run organization. Dr. Sepahi is a first class practitioner.

Had a 1:30 appointment. Arrived at 12:30. Was not seen until 7:00 PM for my 92 year old mother. She almost passed out during the exam. Thoroughly exhausted. Totally unconscionable that they could schedule 40 people in the waiting room. Many left and gave up. Most were elderly. They should be ashamed of treating people that way. No service organization can be that disorganized.

Dr. Carty truly has the best staff working for him. Each and everyone you come in contact with always go out of their way to make your experience there as pleasant, and comfortable as possible. And I appreciate Dr. Carty being thorough and considerate whenever there is a question or concern that may arise. A true professional.

Great staff and I like that the office is open everyday but it is a HUGE inconvenience that they don't have someone to fill in for Joy in the contacts department when she is out or on vacation. I've had to go nine days without my contacts because she's been in and out of the office. I'm going to have to go into work with double vision and headaches on Tuesday. There's got to be someone that can fill in for her!

Just waited over one hour to be seen by the doctor. When I asked for assistance, none was given. Have always loved Dr. Densmore and Joy, but certainly not the rest of the practice!
