I must say the customer service when I went in was rather horrible. I had a jewelry repair; I realize the jewelry was not purchased there but I figured they were Still a local jeweler and could help me out. I was pretty much told my stone had no value and that if I want a repair to my ring it would take 2-3 weeks maybe longer because being an outside customer not having bought my jewelry there, if someone else came in who had, mine would be bumped because theirs would be priority. From the moment I walked in I kind of felt judged and leaving I felt like an idiot. Would not recommend to someone who's not interested in, I guess, dropping thousands of dollars there! Other than that your not worth their time!
