Chris is an amazing personal trainer. He helped me lose weight and build strength. I've been training with him for 4 years and he's been able to not only help be get into great shape but is skilled in working around injuries. He offers a one hour program unlike any other I've experienced - we warm up, he then takes me through a customized workout and then offers a cool down assisted stretch. His skills are obvious but what I appreciate most is his vast exercise knowledge and his ability to adapt to any situation...from working me out at different energy levels depending on the day or working around injuries and pain. I would definitely give Chris a shot - he trains out of a facility that is convenient to wherever I'm traveling in from - King of Prussia, Bryn Mawr, Wayne, Ardmore and surrounding areas. Give him a shot - he's the best.
