It was such an amazing experience ! We were visiting Philly and came by and help was right there! We were shown all the products and even laughed a few. The manager was amazing 10/10 ! Parking was amazing !

This is not the parking lot.This is to let you know to check the signs here so you don't get a parking ticket, because one of the parking lots here by Illadelph by All in One is only for residents.We don't live there so we didn't realize it till we read the signs.Just a heads-up, for anyone.

I have called every single smoke shop in Philadelphia looking for a 14mm by 14mm down stem. Although Illadelph didn’t have them either, their customer service was by far the best in the city. Very helpful, kind, and a great salesman. I didn’t get the name of the person I spoke with, but he was a very good salesman!
