The worst experience I’ve ever had at a labcorp, a walk in took over 2 hours

The staff (woman at the front desk) rude and miserable. How she is able still work there?! They lack compassion, empathy and respect. All the time!

The front desk person is ultimately rude and unwelcoming. This is not the first time I encounter such an attitude! This is absolutely unacceptable.

The staff is cold and miserable, They lack compassion, empathy and respect. People come to LabCorp because they are sick or monitoring their healthcare. Does your staff like working for Lab Corp? They sure don’t act like it. The patient service center is disgusting, and antiquated 🤮 I felt like I was in a dirty, dingy basement. This patient service center is not welcoming. The staff is unprofessional. What an absolute disgrace. Very robotic and dismissive.
Sliding glass door at front desk is kept closed. I did not see the kiosk in the corner. I walked up to the sliding glass door to find a female phlebotomist on her cell phone scrolling social media. She was rude when she pointed to the kiosk in the corner.
I was called, like cattle, from way in the back office. I couldn’t even see the phlebotomist calling my name. The sliding glass door was closed as the male phlebotomist was yelling my name from a desk in the back office. How rude, cold and callous. I have bad hearing. I could not see or hear the male phlebotomist who was calling my name, ten times. The appropriate way to treat a patient is to open the lab door and greet the individual like a human being.
The heavy set female phlebotomist is rude, disinterested and dismissive. I felt like I was in a veterinarian office. The only exception, I think animals are treated better.
This is my first experience at lab corp. I will not recommend Lab Corp to anyone. I will use Quest Diagnostics in the future

These are the most unhappy human beings on Earth. Rude. Indifferent. The women who checks me in does not say hello. Grunts out instructions. Tells me to put on X on the form. I have no idea what she means. Then she says, “You have a hard time following instructions.” I then go to Spread Bagel. As a comparison. The people are smiling. Helpful. Pleasant. Labcorp is in healthcare. Spread Bagel is fast food.

First time I have visited this LabCorp location. The check in was easy and glucose test went smoothly. The nurse was gentle and I didn't feel the needle. I received results quickly. No complaints.

I was a walk in. Registration at the kiosk was a breeze. Was seen within 10 minutes by Aaron who did a great job and was out the door 5 minutes later

I have the misfortune of needing to come here 3-4 times a year. Even when you make an appointment, you will wait 30-45 minutes. The front desk will blame you for their mistakes, such as misplacing your paperwork on their desk, handing you the information for other patients, or checking you in as a walk-in rather than as someone with an appointment. I've also seen the front desk yell at elderly people who just need help with the check-in machine.
The person who takes your blood is very kind and skillful, and I've seen him be very frustrated with the front desk service as well (with no impact unfortunately)
From now on, I'm going to drive further just to avoid this location.

The absolute worst Labcorp location you'll ever visit. Every time I go, the experience gets even more horrendous. The staff is unbelievably rude and shockingly incompetent. Avoid this place at all cost.

Staff is always rude.
“Appointments” often run 30-60 minutes behind schedule.

Awful facility. Don't go here if you have ANY other option. Why on earth the largest insurance providers in the region are contracted with this absolute clown show (Labcorp) is beyond me...

Service is absolutely horrible. The front desk staff treat you as if you are an inconvenience to them…they can’t possibly be bothered to smile or treat you with the simplest kindness. They never seem to be able to locate lab slips that are sent over, and area doctors know this, so they now send you with hard copies. To have a reputation like that in the community is embarrassing. The phlebotomists always feel like students who just graduated. I am one step away from needing to walk them through what to do next or to hand them their next item…and it isn’t my profession. I wish we had a better option in the area.
