This is our third time using Norman, Paul once again came to us with samples and after much deliberation ( on our part) we chose a beautiful carpet to upgrade our builders grade in our bedroom. The communication prior to was excellent. They came exactly when expected, and were amazing at not only the install but moving the furniture! The carpet and experience were both exceptional!
This is the second time we have worked with Norman and have been extremely happy with the quality of the product(we have done both wood flooring and carpet stair runner) and installation. We would highly recommend them and would certainly work with them again. Paul came to work with us both times, and also did some additional research to be sure we had what we needed for a great quality product while being sensitive to costs.

Great experience with Norman Carpet. Katie who we worked with was super helpful, never pushed us in any direction other than giving us good advice and things to consider. And then installation was smooth, and into a newly painted room with barely a scuff. Highly recommend.

I would never buy a carpet from anywhere else. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and have competitive prices. I’ve also learned from experience they have an excellent installation team.

I had a pretty big job - convert the entire 2nd floor from carpet to wood floors and do stairs. Bob was amazing and thorough when he met with me to discuss the entire process. His moto...measure twice and cut once. He came to the house to make sure all was accurate. The installation team called to make the appointment and the team came to the house on time. Raoul and his team were great! They were patient with me and listened to all of my requests (especially trying to screw down the squeaky floors).
My entire experience from beginning to end was fantastic! I was concerned that I might get lost in the "big" company but what I received was small business style attention with big business expertise. Bob was great and helped managed the project from start to finish!
I would recommend them very highly!

From our visit to the showroom to the installation, we could not have been more pleased . Susan, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and very easy with whom to work . The installers were craftsmen who prided themselves on their work ... and their work was meticulous. It was a challenging job done by real professionals!

Bob was responsive and quick to set up an in home visit. Carpet arrived in a few weeks and installers were great with moving furniture and cleaning up. Great service in all!
