I hadn't been in their stores in a long time. They're usually not very friendly, so that's unfortunately part of going in there. But today I went to go downstairs and was treated to a loud "UH UH!" "That ain't open!". I recently moved into a "luxury apartment" so I was wondering if I'd find any small pieces to decorate with. But if it's too much to ask for a decent "Excuse me, the downstairs is closed right now." or similar... I consider it my last. Besides I've experienced the attitude in the past others have mentioned. I'll stick with TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, etc down the road.

The older white woman who immediately held up her hand for myself my wife and 2 kids to stop as soon as we walked in was shockingly rude. She stated kids have broken items and to hold onto your kids. Then she turned and walked away. The kids were standing right next to us and she didn’t even give us a chance to even look around. Next time ask if we need help and try to be a little bit more pleasant. The arrogance and dismissive nature of this woman was appalling. The other employees were very nice and helpful which is a shame cause I would not go back to that store

This store is always my first stop when shopping for something unique for my home. Well...once again, ReDecor Home Consignment did not disappoint. I went looking for a console table. Left with a console table, a mirror, and Oh MY GAWD...a Burberry pocketbook. A consignment shoppers dream! But, it was those "raw iron candle stick holders" that shook-up my emotions. They are simply beautiful. Thank you Reina. You are one of a kind! Signed, the candle stick customer.

New to the area and needed to furnish a home. This is...not my style. It seems they go to a lot of estate sales, and pick up stuff from sidewalks and so forth. I did see a potentially lovely rug, but the price is outrageous (especially considering much-needed professional cleaning will be many hundreds on top). Staff were chatting about sports and whatnot and barely acknowledged me, coming or going.

This store seems to never be open when they say they are/are supposed to be. On multiple occasions now I have attempted to stop in but for one reason or another (staff meeting, closing early, changing their hours that day) they are not open. Very hard to shop with such inconsistency.

What an amazing store! Everything is so reasonably priced and the staff (especially the owners, both husband & wife) were so friendly and helpful!! This was my first time there and I wanted to leave with half the store. I found exactly what I’ve been searching for at such a great price. The owner also took down my information to call me about another piece she may be getting in that I am looking for. I will definitely be back every time I need house decor and furniture. Redecor is my new first stop for all the things I will be looking for. Go check this place out. You will not be disappointed at all!! Amazing store, amazing staff, amazing owners! Very accommodating and just such a great experience! Cannot wait to go back!

Visited today for the first time and had a very great experience. I can’t lie and say that I wasn’t hesitant because of the latest reviews, but I went anyway and couldn’t be happier that I did. It’s important to have your own experience and make your own opinions! The owners were so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back and encourage anyone who may on the fence to go anyway and see all they have to offer for yourself!

The older lady who works here is exceptionally condescending and passive aggressive. She had also hounded a couple around the whole store staying within a 3 foot radius of them at all times. I’m assuming she did this because they accidentally tipped over, and caught a print that they had walked by. Mistakes happen, but having precariously perched piece of art in a store people are expected to walk around is a bad idea. If customers aren’t able to interact with the objects in the store, and have to watch their every step, then maybe it’s better to have an online store rather than a physical one. When I had touched a key to see if a drawer would open on a desk, I was shooed away just for older lady to take the key and fiddle with the lock and barely figure it out herself. Personally I find the furniture here to be very mixed in quality. I will say the condition of all the furniture is very good but half the furniture looks (and feels) like it’s from target. The build quality of those pieces are also particularly low. The other half is from genuinely good designers and furniture makers. The problem is, all of the furniture is priced as if it was from a quality designer/brand when it is clearly not. In my honest opinion, there is nearly nothing you could get from here that you couldn’t get at an auction at a much better price and I can say for certain that it would be a better experience all around.Edit: I’m sure I will get a response that is going to be incredibly pretentious and condescending. Similar to the attitude of the lady who works there.

We drove to this place after checking the opening times on the website to be told that they are not opening for another hour because a customer was collecting furniture. Guys, get yourself organized, you cannot treat prospective customers like that. The lady working there has no idea of customer service either. I definitely won’t be going back…

The best place to get beautiful high end gently used home furnishings. Their prices have gone up significantly since opening and they get nicer stuff but you never know what you can find here.

Main line arrogance at its finest. Told a young couple, “we’re not stroller friendly-watch your baby (that was in a stroller).” Everything says not to sit on it so how I will I know if I want to buy it? The woman barking out all the rules was wearing a shirt that read, “Good vibes only.” Lots of stains/rips to the furniture and when I asked if they reduce the price for damage, Good Vibes replied, “We’re a high end consignment shop.” Your behavior and disposition are far from high end madam miserable! I stayed longer than necessary because they play good music!

Really cool home decor style consignment shop. Enjoyed walking around, and the staff was really friendly! There are two locations that are close but aren't quite connected.
