Great place to shop while waiting for prescriptions. This place will be missed in the community after it's doors close for good. Many happy memories here.

Called and specifically asked for an item. They said that they had it. So I ordered an Uber for $17. When I got there, they didn’t have what I needed. Horrible customer service. Will never go back!!! I miss the Ardmore store, they were great!

Horrible pharmacy. Empty shelves. Useless staff. Can't wait for this garbage can to be taken over by a competent pharmacy.

I had an awful experience at this Rite Aid Pharmacy. I went in three different times throughout the day, hoping to pick up a prescription that should have been ready quickly. Each time, they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. Hours went by, and they still didn’t have it ready. When I came back just before they closed, it was still not prepared.
To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I tried to ask why my prescription still wasn’t ready, one of the employees told me not to tell him how to do his job. He even suggested I should sit down and be quiet. I’ve never been treated so poorly by pharmacy staff before. I don’t recommend this location to anyone who needs their prescriptions filled promptly or who expects respectful service.

Rude pharmacists who talk over you and make it clear they don't want to help you. I called with a relatively simple question, and wanted to transfer a prescription from another pharmacy in Wayne that is too far and always too busy. Since I now live in Bryn Mawr, and only have one regular prescription, it seemed like a good idea.
Perhaps I need to try the Wynnewood location as another writer suggested. I know I won't be giving this store another chance.
I work in healthcare, there is never a reason to be rude and condescending toward any client. Very unprofessional service.

The Bryn Mawr Rite Aid has the best Pharmacy in the area. After moving here and using the pharmacy I used previously at my former location, I quickly switched to the Rite Aid. Here you get you Rx on time, they manage my more difficult Rx without input from me (which is what I was used to), and they LET YOU KNOW if there is a problem that needs your input. The other local pharmacy I tried would just NOT fill the Rx and not let me know. The staff is friendly and helpful, and never rush you away. I truly appreciate the service at this Rite Aid.

I’ve always had a positive experience at the Rite Aid store in Bryn Mawr – (1) the staff has always been friendly, (2) the store is generally pretty clean, (3) it’s conveniently located, (4) they’re pretty well-stocked on everything they sell, and (5) the pharmacy and pharmacists have been very helpful here

Worst pharmacy! take your prescriptions elsewhere. Pharmacist Kwa is not kind or pediatric patient friendly. Would rather ignore customers than complete pharmacy needs.

Since the closing of the Ardmore location (which was amazing and I miss) I recently switched over to the Bryn Mawr location for the pharmacy. The first time I went in person, the pharmacist was not warm at all. The second time....cold. Today I called on the phone and the pharmacist was so short and rude. When asking for a refill he yelled at me saying we reached out to your doctor with questions....call.them...call them ...it's not on our end. I couldn't even finish a sentence or question. Seems I may have to try wynnewod location because Bryan Mawr is triflin small store with no inventory and rude pharmacists. Note ...each time were different people.

I have been going to this Rite Aid for seven years and have only had positive experiences. I get all my prescriptions filled here. All the pharmacists are helpful and will go out of their way. My wife uses the CVS in Bryn Mawr and the lines at the pharmacy are usually quite long. Sometimes things have not been filled when promised. There is really no comparison. I do agree that the variety of products is more limited than the CVS, but I always find what I need.
