I’ve always had a positive experience at the Rite Aid store in Bryn Mawr – (1) the staff has always been friendly, (2) the store is generally pretty clean, (3) it’s conveniently located, (4) they’re pretty well-stocked on everything they sell, and (5) the pharmacy and pharmacists have been very helpful here

Worst pharmacy! take your prescriptions elsewhere. Pharmacist Kwa is not kind or pediatric patient friendly. Would rather ignore customers than complete pharmacy needs.

Since the closing of the Ardmore location (which was amazing and I miss) I recently switched over to the Bryn Mawr location for the pharmacy. The first time I went in person, the pharmacist was not warm at all. The second time....cold. Today I called on the phone and the pharmacist was so short and rude. When asking for a refill he yelled at me saying we reached out to your doctor with questions....call.them...call them ...it's not on our end. I couldn't even finish a sentence or question. Seems I may have to try wynnewod location because Bryan Mawr is triflin small store with no inventory and rude pharmacists. Note ...each time were different people.

I have been going to this Rite Aid for seven years and have only had positive experiences. I get all my prescriptions filled here. All the pharmacists are helpful and will go out of their way. My wife uses the CVS in Bryn Mawr and the lines at the pharmacy are usually quite long. Sometimes things have not been filled when promised. There is really no comparison. I do agree that the variety of products is more limited than the CVS, but I always find what I need.

Pharmacists are condescending and rude. One male pharmacist sent my wife home with childrens oral antibiotics without a dispenser/plunger. My wife went back thinking it was a mistake, but he said that it was intentional because they were out. We're perturbed by this because he could have shared this when the script was filled, and when my wife shared her disappointment he became very argumentative and downright rude. Dude definitely lacks empathy. My wife had to shell out cash from the same Rite Aid for an OTC liquid dispenser. Most recently we were searching for children's motrin and Tylenol for our other child with baby teeth rupturing. There was a female pharmacist that matter-of-factly offered help, but immediately scoffed and said that they have been on back-order for "weeks". She carried out this conversation without making eye contact, clacking away at her keyboard the entire time. Very rude way to treat your customers... Put up a sign if you want to avoid grief for yourself and others. I don't know who trains customer service at this location, but it needs significant improvement. Manners and empathy are basic human skills, and clearly these people lack it.

Closed early ??♂️9:50 the doors are locked people standing at the Registers like they're open 2/3/23. Really needed something I just tried to find at 5 other pharmacies.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Natasha, who works at this location's pharmacy! She's smart, courteous, helpful and cheerful. She's dedicated and dilgent to her work. And she actually listens to your questions and concerns! Rite Aid is lucky to have her on staff and the company better pay her properly or she'll get stolen by another employer. THANK YOU for being, Natasha! Please know that you are most appreciated by my family and me! :D

I went to rite aid today which is conveniently located to my house. I was going for Benadryl. Online the product was $4.99 from their store and when the cashier rang it up it was $9.99. The manager went on to tell me that was because online they tax it up to $9.99. It's sad to see a manager does not know that medicine is not taxed. They should have honored the price that was posted and a retail manager should know what is taxed and what is not.. sad to say I will not be returning to this store.

Rudeness. I understand that pharmacies are getting too many calls these days asking "do you have the home covid test" right now but after I got the answer "no we don't" she immediately hung up before I could ask my 2nd question and without "goodbye".
