I have been going to this shop for years now and, honestly, I just can’t let anyone else touch my nails because of the high quality experience I receive every single time. The women here make you feel like family and their work is flawless! I’ve never met anyone who cares about their work more than Sinuon - she’s a true master at what she does and I admire how meticulous and skillful she is. I’m so glad I stumbled through their doors five years ago and can’t imagine not seeing those smiling faces every two weeks!

Just moved to the area and tried this place and it was amazing!! So kind, great work and one of the best pedicures! And they didn’t rush us. We will be back!
Edit as of July 2025: Half of the staff have left due to improper treatment and I followed my artist to their new salon. It’s really sad what has happened and the service has gone down with all the best artists leaving. I would recommend folks look elsewhere.

If you want your nails to look perfect, go see Aviana at Simple Nails. She’s truly the best! The whole team is so kind and the salon is always clean and welcoming. Every time I leave, I can’t stop staring at my nails. I walk out feeling like a brand new person every single time!

My experiences at this nail salon have varied significantly depending on which technician I’ve been assigned to. In the past, I’ve visited with my mom & sister-in-law, and we've each had our preferred technicians who provided good service. However, during my most recent visit on Saturday, June 14, 2025, none of those familiar technicians were working, which unfortunately led to a disappointing experience.
I brought my husband in for a pedicure as a Father’s Day treat, but the service he received fell short of expectations. His pedicure felt rushed, and he also expressed that the quality of the work was subpar. And honestly it was a subpar experience for my pedicure as well. Despite our disappointment, we still offered a tip out of courtesy. Rather than accepting it personally, the technician had us leave it at the counter while she was downstairs and wouldn’t come up to receive it—which felt impersonal and ungrateful, especially considering the service we received.
What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that the technician appeared to be speaking about us to her colleague in another language during the service. This behavior was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome—particularly disheartening as I am currently pregnant and had hoped for a relaxing experience.
I used to enjoy coming here because my nails lasted well and the service was pleasant in the past, but I now realize that the quality of your visit really depends on who you’re scheduled with. We had expected a consistent level of professionalism from all staff, but sadly, that was not the case.
While I regret not getting the name of the technician who provided the poor service, I feel it’s important to share this experience. Unfortunately, we will not be returning, and I will also be advising my family members to seek services elsewhere where we feel better appreciated and respected.

This is my absolute favorite nail spot. I moved to Philly about a year ago and was searching for a new nail salon. I go about every 2 weeks, so the quality of service is paramount. I love the ladies working here and the neat work they do! I can always get an appointment when needed, and the process for my gel mani and regular pedi is consistent. Love it here, thank you!

The best Nail Salon on the Main Line. I had been going to a different salon for 20 years. I went to Simple Nails for convenience… And now I go only there. You can’t go wrong with anyone.. Macara, Selina, Lily, to name a few doesn’t matter. All great, careful, clean and safe. No drilling. Gentle touch with all manicures and pedicures. Immaculate salon.

I spent all last year touring nail salons. Simple Nails is the best! I love the gel mani here...it is meticulous. My cuticles look great. I have been to 4 different technicians here but shout out to Macara for her long lasting gel manis. I often go 20 days between appointments with her. The atmosphere is quiet, calm, clean and friendly. Also, they do not use drills here if that is important to you.

Best nail salon ever! Sweetest technicians and wonderful gel mani pedis! I like to call for an appointment and have never had an issue! Bring cash for tip or ask about venmo. Mornings are especially nice!
