Absolutely love solidcore and recommend to anyone looking for a "different" type of workout. I love how challenging this class is and how good it makes me feel afterwards. I have been to a few classes at Bryn Mawr lately and I was warmly welcomed. My only complaint is there are rarely ever deals to save money on classes, it can get a bit pricy.

A fabulous workout like no other! The studio is clean, takes COVID policies very seriously, and has wonderful and knowledgeable coaches. I highly recommend adding this workout to your routine!

Not good costumer service. I was trying to purchase a class online and the system was not accepting my card. I had to try a few different ways with different cards before the purchase went through. Once I finished the purchase, I checked my account and had 3 different charges from solid core. I contacted the studio and they are refusing to refund my money. It’s been months and they still have no refunded me. I will never purchase another class due to bad customer service.

The Bryn Mawr [solidcore] is a fabulous community of like minded women and men who make one of the most challenging workouts very enjoyable. With classes offered pretty much on the hour from 6am - 7pm, you’ll be sure to find an instructor you love and with commitment, incredible results. I have been a dedicated patron since February 2021 and found the community to be welcoming, the coaches inspiring, and a complete change in my body for the better. I have never been stronger or more fit and have this method to thank!

As I said before ... which of course liberal Yelp deleted. I am EXTREMELY disappointed that solidcore is requiring covid papers in order to take certain classes. Does this remind anyone of a certain time period where certain people had to do the same thing???? This is ANTI-AMERICAN. This is the kindest possible way of saying that this disgusts me.

I thought I was attending a Pilates class because I need the reformer for my neck. Warning: this is NOT Pilates. Low and behold, I was using some weird contraption in the beginner class. I had NO idea what I was doing, and the instructor knew (Stacy) this was my first class. She told us to look to each other if we didn't know what we were doing. That is something one should never do as I learned in Pilates, because you may look at someone who is doing the exercise wrong, doing a modification, or using different springs. I am disappointed with the high price of the class and the lack of personal attention. She just basically walked around on with a microphone doing very minimal work with clients, she didn't really teach. I go to Pilates classes for less money in Orange County with the same amount of people, and everyone gets the attention they need. VERY hard class, and I wouldn't be surprised if I strained muscles from using poor form (because I don't know what the correct form is?). I didn't know how to work the machine! Thought I was going to fall off at times despite my grip socks!!!

Definitely the hardest workout I've ever done ! I was ready to throw in the towel after the first 10 minutes but i made it through the class mostly because the instructor Nick was hands down the best. Very very patient, helpful and encouraging. Everyone was very friendly and it had a "we are all in this together" feel. Nice studio. I will give it a few more tries before i decide if I want to continue but I would say it's definitely worth giving a try.

Classes push me to my limit and get me out of my comfort zone, something that is hard for me to do weight lifting on my own. Instructors are encouraging, and 50 min of hard work flies by!

I came to [solidcore] today for my first class ever. The studio manager, Stacey, was there and greeted me when I came in. She assured the other first-timers and me that we'd do fine. They have towels for you to use during class and the coach, Nick, took us in for the class. The "Beginner's class" is similar to the regular class but during the first 7 minutes or so, Nick went over the moves we would be doing and the class was a bit slower in pace compared to the regular one. The workout was difficult but Nick kept us motivated and I left feeling strong! I will definitely be back. I'm a regular OrangeTheory Fitness gal, but [solidcore] is super challenging and a nice addition.

Solidcore is an intense class where all core muscles are worked to failure using a state of the art machine. The hour long class goes by super fast and works you to a pulp. Today was my first class and I am barely able to walk. It is unlike any other program I have ever tried. It is no impact and you feel energized to the max. I feel strong and cant wait for my next session. My trainer was the reason why I was able to endure the pain!
