The store has the things you'd expect from Staples, but is a terrible experience. The doorway area is jammed with product and the workers are spread too thinly across their shipping and printing tasks to be able to support basic checkout functions.

Four workers not doing anything told me they couldn’t print 1 piece of paper out for me because they were backed up with orders. 1 piece of paper the black lady could not print out 1 piece of paper. The lies and unhelpful mess of the staff is beyond me and I’m glad I don’t live in this area because I will never come back here again

Anastasia from the print center spent so much time helping me print a small order. She helped me email from my phone to staples and helped me crop my pictures.
She is an outstanding employee and person. Staples Bryn mawr deserves a great review thanks to Anastasia.

I always enjoy my frequent trips to Staples because the selection is terrific and the sales people are cheery and helpful.

I like going to the Staples in Bryn Mawr. I can usually find what I am looking for swiftly. The staff are courteous and the store is always well stocked and clean.

I was so out of my comfort zone when I went inside to make copies & send faxes. I had no idea how to accomplish this task & was feeling somewhat anxious. Another patron sled if she was able to offer assistance but found we were both stumped with the process of choosing correct settings to fax the items. I asked the female counter person to assist & she was very helpful, providing step by step guidance. The atmosphere is very business and it gets crowded but everyone was very pleasant & patient although everything moves rather quickly. I would most definitely recommend this business for anyone that would like to use business services at all.

This Staples location is conveniently located / not too far from the Bryn Mawr College campusIt’s generally cheaper than the Bryn Mawr College Bookshop
