The cigar selection is the best in a 500 mile radius. Some really great upper end cigars like Opus, Padron, etc. Everything is fresh. Never stale, very fresh! Great seating inside and out if you want to enjoy the cigar at the store.”

Package arrived pristine, expertly organized and wrapped and selection of sticks seems like they were expertly chosen rather than thrown in the box. Personable service for an online transaction. “I stopped at the Pipe Rack during a work trip last summer. I was pleasantly surprised to find a great selection of hard to find or otherwise sold out pipe tobacco, like Carolina Red Flake, and at good prices. Dave was wonderfully accommodating and knowledgeable, particularly with recommending new (to me) tobaccos. He introduced me to the world of Mac Baren. I look forward to stopping here on my next trip to Philly!”
“My dad and I have been coming in for a smoke and some old fashions. The guys behind the counter are really cool and professional, makes the experience even better and more comfortable. The cigar selection is great! And the old fashions are fabulous. We tried to make our own at home but can’t compare them. Excellent work fellas see yas this weekend.”
“I was driving back from WC and noticed the sign. I pulled in and saw the lights were out and by chance Prasad saw me in his cameras and opened his door. It was about closing time. He turned the lights on so I could get some beer. He had shut the systems (as anyone would do close to closing) so I said hey let’s do Venmo and we chatted while I brought it up on my phone and had some laughs. Truly an awesome guy. He could’ve easily said we’re closed and I would’ve been on my way. The store is huge and has a ton of domestic and foreign brews and booze. Give Prasad a shout if you see him. Solid man.”

“Super clean lounge. Comfortable seating and friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor seating makes it perfect. Cigars are kept very well. I've had MF cigars before and been impressed, but nothing like the ones from this shop. Get out here and grab a good quality stick!”

“I am disabled and use a wheelchair, when Sam sees me coming, he comes right to the door and opens it for me, he is such a nice person. He always has what I need and if I have any questions about rolling my own cigarettes he knows all the answers. And in bad weather I cannot take the buses with my wheelchair so I call ahead and order what I need and I have my friend pick everything up for me. Sam always has everything ready and once he even stayed open late to wait for my friend to pick my bag up. If you hadn't tried to smoke shop before please give it a try I guarantee you'll be very happy. Thank you for reading my review God bless”

They are all very knowledgeable which is a MAJOR plus when your purposely putting things into your body for a reaction (pause) but all and all...I love it there. It's like a family low key AND they even have a membership type of card where you can get a percentage off after stacking points.”

“After being let down for the second time trying to see what the hype is over cheesesteaks in Philly, I ran across this cigar lounge where I met Ralph. He and the other guys who seemed to be regulars were extremely hospitable. After I purchased my cigars, I decided to sit down and lounge with them. I was offered a beer and we sat and talked for, at least, an hour while it rained cats and dogs outside. If I'm ever in the area, again, I have to stop through and pay Ralph a visit. For a place known for "brotherly love", this shop was the only place I can say I got that feeling. Awesome selection with a modest and intimate atmosphere.”
