Useless, horrible service. Came to drop of Amazon return because it stated no label and no BOX necessary. Get to the store woman walks up to the front and I tell her I’m dropping off and have a code. She Immediately tells me I need a box and won’t scan the code, I tell he I specifically chose this option so I wouldn’t need a box or label, she proceeds to argue that I do, instead of scanning the code. I just grabbed my item and left, beyond irritating after a long work day.
