The service was friendly and genuinely helpful in determining the best way to ship a package, although they were somewhat short staffed so the line was long.

How is this place literally never appropriately staffed? I beg, TWO cashiers!

Bryn Mawr's post office usually has a line, small, and the mainline people can't drive or don't care.

the waiter, Larry, is impolite, impatient and rude to everyone. Horrible experience never go there again

The worst US post office I’ve ever been to. Grossly understaffed (one person each and every time I’m in there). Poor Larry is so pleasant, and I have no idea how. Line was 5-10 deep this morning. If someone has anything more than a drop off, you’ll be there a while.

I’m so confused as to how this post office got such low reviews. The people who work here are SO incredibly nice. I come here atleast once a week and I always leave with a smile on my face. One day I was leaving with another woman and she turns to me and goes “wow they are always so nice in there.”

Rude in person experience. Avoid Larry, who cuts you off and speaks down to you. Passport appt for infant. Called ahead and woman was very friendly, explained that the passport person would wear a mask since babies are not yet fully vaccinated. The person, not wearing name tag, would not wear a mask when asked nicely. They still had a sign up that masks are required, too.

I've been told to use the Haverford Post Office instead of Bryn Mawr, and today I found out why. Larry, the employee behind the desk, spoke to me in a very demeaning way multiple times, and he rolled his eyes at me when I put at address in the wrong place. I began to call him out on his behavior in a calm way, trying to stand up for myself, and he interrupted me before I even could finish my sentence. Rude again. If I could have finished my sentence, I would have asked him to treat people like human beings. I couldn't believe someone could be so demeaning to a customer, for no reason.

Really nice!! Made the passport appointment in advance, and needed them to do the photo too! I was in and out in less than 4 minutes!

I am new in town and had to get fingerprinted in order to transfer my professional license from a different state. "Larry" was the only person at the counter. He tried numerous times to get the machine to accept my prints but no luck. He told me that I would have to have them taken manually at another location. Even though a line was forming behind me, Larry kept his cool. He was kind, polite and helpful. I only give four stars because the equipment didn't work. But the office was clean and I felt positive vibes. THANK YOU LARRY!

Worst possible post office. They lost my passport (shipped in priority mail) and could not find it. I called them numerous times but they never found it.

Keith Ashley is the worst and laziest mail person alive. Everyone I talk to say the same thing and says he needs to leave. Literally the laziest mail person. Finds every excuse not to park his little truck and walk to the front door. Do everyone a favor and just quit.
