Took my daughter's prom dress here to be altered. When we picked it up it had burn marks at the bottom, the hem line was all messes up, and uneven. The lady was trying to say it was not her fault and charge me $110.00. She ruined a $350.00 dress and had no remorse. Will never go here again.

As I walk in the shop she already knows I forgot my ticket, however, without missing a beat, she's pulling my ticket out of the rack. Always a smile, so friendly and so reasonable. This place rocks!!
