“I've happily used & appreciated them for several years, but quite disappointed in them today. I got an email from them with a Black Friday sale. I shared it w a friend as they had some things I knew she was interested in & would become a new customer. I spent an hour putting items in my shopping cart. I put code in for the sale & got message stating it was expired. Expired, I had gotten it & started shopping. I went back to check it, only to get a new email stating oops. Then that they were so excited, they sent it too soon & offered a lousy 10% off. Not only did I waste all that time shopping, but how embarrassing to refer them to a future customer & have to stop her from shopping. In the past, happy customer, not so much now. Not ordering.”
