This is a classic venue that hosts great shows, but the parking is absolutely abysmal. My first ever concert was at this venue: Steely Dan, opened by Steve Winwood, in July of 2016. I've since seen OneRepublic in July of 2017, and The Doobie Brothers in July of 2022. Although the parking is a nightmare, even having made the news for how bad it is, I would return to this venue if a favorite artist of mine stopped by

So, the venue itself is awesome. Gets a little cramped with how many people show up. But, its an awesome experience being with all those people at once. Bathrooms are way up top in the back but easily accessible. Got to see D & C twice there. First time we missed the whole first set because we were stuck in traffic on the way in. Second one, ( the 2023 sold out one where many people completely missed the show and wanted a refund) we left like six hours before the show and still barely made it for showtime. Now, the venue again is great, food and merchandise spots are easy to see and use. However, parking, traffic and organization over driving patterns is just horrible. No matter how you get there, you will end up in one lane sitting there for hours just to get in to the venue. Then, getting out you back out of your spot then sit there for like an hour before leaving. It's just horrible. Almost torture really. They need to somehow open up another lane or some other way in to starlake. Or get more shuttles in and out? There is a lot of free land around the area so maybe get some people to park and walk? A lot needs changed here and I hope it does in the coming years. I feel like it's bad enough that people will come for one concert, see how horrible it is going in and not come back (probably close to my stance).

Look at it this way. You're paying to go to a concert of your choice. Of course you're going to enjoy it.

Totally honest, the price of tickets are absolutely ridiculous. $4-700 for tickets on the floor of the concert? Good luck. That's unbelievable, when you have open seats, this is why

Worst parking and staff anywhere around Pitt. Worst parking directions and situation along with zero hep from annoyed and angry workers. Its the worst place to go in or around Pitt

Saw jelly roll and Yelawolf here in August 2023. It was extremely crowded but I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. Staff were everywhere and did a great job.

This was the worst experience ever. We couldn't even get into the parking lot... sat in traffic for 90 minutes, and the show started with no moving in sight! You really need to do something about your traffic patterns! I will NEVER go back.

Great venue, friendly staff, quick beer/snack lines, only downside is that it’s a nightmare to leave, slow! But I mean after a concert, just turn up the music, sing maybe dance along and you’ll feel like you’re out in no time!

Food is fair but pricy. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The venue has great acoustics and usually well kept grounds and restrooms. VIP parking is so much easier and convenient. Entering and exciting can be a bit trying but overall I have a great experience.
