I bought a water and the tag (not a sale tag) said .99 cents, went to register and they said it was $1.49. Told her the tag said .99, she started getting attitude , so did i. Then put phone number in and it said i wasnt registered, which i was, so how that got lost i beyond me, so my daughter used her number. Asked for a receipt but didnt get one. Will not stop there again. I thought the ones in washington was bad, i found out wrong

I have used them for years but I recently had a disappointing experience. I was out of a required daily medication, and after several delays I was told it would be ready for pickup later that day. And it wasn't available. And instead of helping me find another option, they said that it would be my responsibility to locate an alternative location. I will most likely shift pharmacies.

This pharmacy is great in spite of short staffing they seem to do their best to help patients.

They seem to never be able to fill orders on that day and often are short on count by 1 or 2 and can’t fill until the next day even childrens meds such as amoxicillin I personally wish we had another pharmacy to use around here

The employees who work up front are great but once you go to get a prescription it's a nightmare.If you try showing them GoodRx I swear they wanna kick you out of the store. I feel so unwelcome trying to use it. Sorry I'm trying to save some money. It's unacceptable.

The people at this store are fantastic but the store needs to take walk ins for flu shots. The online scheduling is a total pain and imperials store only does it Monday through Friday from 2 til 3 when everyone is working. Makes zero sense.

I went to pick up my prescription which I phoned in earlier in the day. The pick up time was only 3 hours after my call. No problem . Until I asked for my prescription . I was told I didn't have one . Yes I do , I said. I called and was told it would be ready at 12:15 . No , no prescription. Then I was told it had to be ordered. Can get it tomorrow . Well tomorrow came and went and I was able to get my prescription 2 days later. No phone calls from anyone there to let me know anything. Disappointed with them .

Very helpful, friendly and pleasant. It is very clean and organized. Didn't wait long for pharmacy to get my medication. I highly recommend this Rite Aid.
