They have the ability to be great but depending on who you speak with They are horrible. This guy who ive never heard from wants to be dramatic & say he explained 3xs, hasn't listened once. I hope they still screw up cuz I have camera/audio .. written proof even. You screwed up and sent my stuff everywhere but here.

Who ever the woman was working the counter today was rude AF!! She treated me like an idiot and acted as though her job was so difficult. I asked if I received a package and she rolled her eyes at me! So very rude!!

If it rains a drop or a flake of snow, I wish you luck getting your mail. The carriers will NOT go out of their way to deliver your mail. They think they work at a bank.
