I am an out of state resident visiting friends, and I needed a prescription filled here. There were a few issues with insurance information and prescription eligibility being sent here, but the pharmacist went out of his way and to go above and beyond to get all the issues resolved. I can't express how much I appreciated his time and patience and integrity. The pharmacy was very busy, and I wouldn't have been upset if they sent me away to resolve the issues myself, but they took the time to get everything right, and I was out the door a LOT sooner than I could have imagined. Thank you again.

It is absolutely ridiculous that you have to wait in line at the drive through for the pharmacy for over 20 minutes. It’s suppose to be quick and easy and it’s not. Never going again.

For sure the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to . Every time I try to fill my 6 month old sons Pepcid they either say the don’t have it or say they won’t fill it even though I know for a fact the prescription has been sent. One day I was out of his medicine and when to pick up a new script and when I go there they refused to give it to me because they upped his dose and didn’t put it in the computer so they told me to call the doctors office. I spent from 10:00 am all the way till 2:30 continuously working to get this Pepcid while my son is screaming and has gotten sick multiple times. Eventually I get ahold of a nurse at the office and they said they have already sent I whole new script hours ago and they continued to refuse to fill it so I showed to to cvs phone in hand talking to the doctors office and I got a girl with red hair and I nose ring, I told her the prescription and she says they don’t have it and I explain I’m on the phone they positively sent it and I said “do you realize my son does not have his medicine right now” and I every calm voice and this woman’s starts screaming at me telling me to not give her attitude and the whole nice yards in front of my kids. Completely uncalled for, then when they suddenly have the medicine I take it and ask for her same so I can file a grievance she says no and slams the window shut. So now I have no way to file an official grievance against this horrible person. Do not go here!!!!!!!

Terrible experience. Here’s the story, I’m just a chill guy trying to buy some creatine after the gym because I’m out. It’s been a long day and I just wanna get home. Now mind me I’m 16 years old. I go to the self checkout register, and this thing says creatine is an age restricted item. So this old lady comes out to To “help me”. I ask her if I have to be 18 to buy this. She says I don’t know. She asks me my birth date and since I’m an honest human being, I tell her my real birthday. She proceeds to tell me that I have to be 18 then. What a terrible person no chill at all like just let me buy my creatine. I will never give another dollar to CVS. I ended up driving to a nearby Buying it there for half the price that it was listed at CVS. What an awful corporation must be run by a bunch of idiots.

It's super easy to find everything at Burnham CVS!!! The employees are
very nice and helpful EVERY time.The young woman who helped my Husband and I today was very helpful and nice. 1/9/24

Store was kind of dirty and I wasn't even sure if anybody worked there at first. And finally we got waited on. I think she was the only one to work there that day though. I don't recommend CVS anywhere to anybody so don't really care if you take my advice on this one.

I went to the drive thru to get a covid test, as I think I have covid. I was told I could not purchase this there and that I would have to come inside! This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve had multiple issues with this pharmacy being able to get my prescriptions but this may be my final straw.

AWFUL PHARMACY! I use the Burnham, PA location and have nothing but problems with them. I have to call to get my auto refill prescriptions re filled. My vet called in an Rx for my dog for seizure medication on Monday. I called Tuesday to make sure they received it. I called Wednesday to check on it. I was told that they had just gotten it back in stock and it should be ready in an hour or 2. By Thursday I had still not received anything stating the prescription was filled. I call again to check on it. They tell me they don't have enough to fill the prescription after the PHARMACIST told me the night before that it would be ready in an hour or 2. Meanwhile my poor dog has run out of pills because I never anticipated it taking this long for her medication to be filled. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude and wouldn't even let me get a sentence out before interrupting me. I've given up and called another pharmacy hoping to get things taken care of.

I’ve had one too many problems with this pharmacies incompetence. They’re lucky they don’t have a lawsuit….yet! Firstly, my medicine that I’ve been on for over 6 months, they suddenly stopped because I apparently cannot mix the two medicines I am currently on.. which made no sense because I’ve been on them both for six months. So if these two medications cannot work together and can cause issues, then WHY dispense them to me for six months? Oh I know why, because they made a mistake. They thought I was taking a different medication, but really the one I was taking was not what they thought so after a week of the back and fourth, I was able to get it filled. I don’t think they realize that certain medications can cause deadly withdrawals in patients whom take them for long periods of time.Also, the current issue is my prescriptions not being filled on time. Why is it that I have to wait two days after I’m due to get a refill to actually get said refill? They claim it’s because of the type of medication, but that honestly makes no sense. It shouldn’t matter what the “type” of medication is, it should matter that they be filled when the patient is out and due for a refill to avoid adverse effects. They are playing with peoples lives and it’s honestly scary. Please BEWARE and choose another pharmacy. Go to CVS in Burnham at your own peril. . and just to add; pharmacies can and DO make mistakes. I recommend counting your tablets before you leave. Things are not adding up here.

Drove 40 mins for a confirmed COVID booster only to be told upon arrival “oh yeah it’s been letting people make appointments all day but we have a fill-in pharmacist so we can’t do vaccines”. Really frustrating that apparently people in the pharmacy knew there was a problem and did nothing to proactively do something about it (surely I enter in my contact info for a reason…?). Really disappointed in the severe “not my problem” attitude.
