The store is well merchandised, mixing discounted items with new merchandise, providing good value. However, the physical store sometimes needs attention and can have issues like blocked aisles. It remains one of the better clothing stores in the area, especially where there is not much local competition.
Christmas shopping done online, 1 gift needed to be returned. Brick and mortar JC Penney store about 1 hour away. Quick and easy transaction and nice shopping experience. Quality products and great sales.

It was my First time at this store and it was the cleanest and most organized store I’ve ever been in. I was there to purchase a ring I saw on the website and Misty in the Jewelry's Dept helped me get what I was looking for. Excellent customer service from her and the Store Manager Megan!!
