Made an appointment, waited for an hour and left because I had other things to do.
Very small and uncomfortable seating area, didn't need to get my nails done to not recommend this place, 0 hospitality and 0 customer service as well.

My experience, there was amazing. Everyone was so kind and we had a great conversation about the movie they were playing. My nails came out beautiful, She looked at the photo and really brought what I wanted to life. I couldn't be more happy! Definitely. Will be getting my nails done here again!

No one was unkind or rude but i Made an appt for a gel polish for 2pm, arrived 150pm and sat until 305pm. So i just let the tech playing on their phone know to cancel the 2pm in the book as I needed to leave since I'd sat for over an hour and needed to be somewhere in a bit, hence the TWO O CLOCK APPT. as I walked out another customer who was exiting told me that this happens all the time even if an appt is made. I'm so glad I took time off work and made an appt to do something nice for myself only to be disappointed, because mom's always have extra time to spend on themselves right?

I waited a few times to post my review. I've been pleased with the work each time and I wish I would have taken a pic of some of my other sets. I've heard some places the work doesn't last, but I have not had that issue. I get a fill once a month, and I haven't had issues with my nails separating or my paint chipping. The one daughter can be rude at times, though I'm not sure it's intentional. Don't let it deter you. She does do excellent work and she's got a good sense of humor. They're not always great at communicating if there is a long wait time. They are good about answering my questions.

Love this salon. Everyone is always fun to talk to.
Sometimes they're so busy that the wait time is long but I just see it as that's how good they are.
I never get why people get so offended when their appointment is late.
From my experience, a salon appointment is there to cut the line...even if they can't take you right away because every person's nails are different and hopefully they don't rush (which they don't at this place). An appointment means or should mean you'll just be next.
I do get that sometimes people have things to do so an appointment is more convenient, but just ask if they'll be on time and they'll let you know.
I saw on one review down there that she thinks that people with appointments should come first even if they're early. Yeah..no. if you have an appointment at a certain alotted time, and you come in way too early, the walk in who has been sitting there waiting will be helped first... because you were expected to be later.
Another review said they ignored her or something and didn't tell her the wait time. I mean did you ask? Sometimes people are just having an off day and don't notice obvious things.
I've been coming here for years and sometimes they seem grumpy but their work is amazing.
Kelly's acrylic work and designs are fantastic. A bit slow but I'll take the quality any day.
I look forward to Alina being there because she and her beautiful babies are only there seasonally. (She lives in Colorado ?).
All in all, they take their craft very seriously. I rather have quality than quantity. Which is rare nowadays.
They also have an amazing collection of nail polish colors. It's overwhelming but not a bad thing of course.
Oh yeah, they do suck at picking up the phone so I just go in most days to make an appointment or just walk in. Not that big of a deal.
Just ask how long it'll take, they're pretty honest about the wait time.
Requested style: Show them a picture, and they do an amazing job at replicating.

How rude? Very.
Completely obvious that they dont have any respect for anyone. I sat for 45 minutes.. figured, yep, busy.. Ill wait. No one said one word.. like.. approx waiting time. Then just when i thought i would be next they took someone that had appt. One would think they would have mentioned that earlier out of courtesy.

I made an appointment for 2, because i was getting my hair done that day as well. However i finished earlier then expected so i walked over. When i walked in and wrote my name in the book, and the one worker asked what i needed and i told her. A few minutes go by and a lady and her i assume granddaughter walked in and sat down waiting for i assume acrylics. The one lady who asked me what i needed to start said i was to early for them to take me and she took the lady and granddaughter. So what was the point in making an appointment? I personally think if someone arrives early with an appointment you should take them first over people who don't have appointments.

I took my daughter here for a birthday gift to get her first pedicure and she absolutely loved it! The sisters that did our nails were extremely nice and welcoming. The conversation was easy and they listened to what my daughter was saying and never was dismissive to her like some people are with kids. I will definitely be going back here and I have yet to say that about a nail salon, I’m very picky with where I spend money and this place is worth it with great prices!
They even put on a kids movie and my daughter was treated like a little princess.

I love st nails I always go there…
Well, I used to always go there by saying and they never answer the phone and I can’t ever get an appointment because of that it has stopped me from going there altogether and then on top of that I was really unhappy one time when I got charged an extremely abundant price for a matte black Polish on a refill set instead of a new set but I got charged as if it was a new set… but other than that the women are still amazing. They still do amazing work when I can get in there and you can’t let one bad experience keep you from doing and or going places you love.

The older lady did my nails and every single one of them are crooked and the last I went before this time the older lady started in my nails and did one crooked and then one of the younger girls finished them and told me that my nail was just like that and was being kind of rude. I got my nails done plenty of time and they weren’t crooked so how could it be my nail, I got my toes done and they weren’t bad but I will NOT be going back.Services: Manicure

My first time there and they were AMAZING. Nothing hurt. very gentle they use a warm towel on your hands and nice smelling lotion when finished. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Services: Polish removal
