We just moved to Bushkill and never saw such bad public service like this office .... we buy a lot in Amazon prime and NEVER get our package in front of our door as was suppost to be. If your package doesn't fit in your mailbox, they lie that the mailbox is full. We live six miles away from this post office and we need to take uber to pick it up there. DESAPOINTED !!!!!!

I am fair with my assessments, which is why I do this. With all the was struggling through/after COVID, they made changes in leadership and have gotten better- but work always needs to be done! Btw- our local delivery person is a delight! Keep up the good work and hope services continue to improve!

Your whole system is horrible … can’t call and the route driver never delivers packages even at community mail room disgusting service at this post office. Says attempt adenat 11:20 am, this driver has no set time what so ever.. he was not at mailroom because I was.. so how he said he made attempt is a lie..

Missing package ….Angel Junior and Angel senior are the best carriers in the area ….. not only did senior check for my package the post master even came out to help find my package sometime in life you just want someone to care about your problem and they where more then willing to help resolve the problem which they did i cant thank you guy enough for help me

The post office here is ok but if you need more than just mailing out of picking up your mail go to the Shawnee post office they have more stamps and things.

Mail carrier delivered my package to wrong parcel box the person who received it kept it I was told by usps agent there was nothing they could do about iI this was not the 1st time.

my packages still havent left their facility and its been 6 days and i live an hour from them and do not have time to pick it up. oh you cant get a hold of them either so dont bother calling.

I’m just trying to ship a suitcase and because they don’t have a weight machine they’re acting as if I have to take out every item and weigh it individually. Losing my mind everytime I go here, would give 0 stars if I could.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. THIS IS THE WORST POST OFFICE EVER!! Have lived in the area for 4 years and have had problems with this place since the beginning (along with everyone else I know in the area). They are constantly short-staffed. The staff the is there are always miserable. The wait times standing in line are absolutely RIDICULOUS. Packages/mail are always "lost". They are always randomly closing the building when they should be open during normal business hours, without any explanation.

There are some friendly and knowledgeable staff here however, things move very slow. With regards to covid regulations some staff and customers do not wear face masks despite small signs posted everywhere. Recently, they were closed for days no notice to anyone so I wasted a trip there. This place has potential to be but they need someone to come in and revamp their entire structure.
